Location is the best thing about this hotel, you walk for 2 minutes and you reach a tram station, in front of you galata port and behind you galata tower and galata district.

There was a constant smell of sewege in the common areas of the hotel, it didn't affect the rooms but still it was annoying outside.It is very noisy if you want to open the windows.

They didn’t mention in booking that Economy room is facing a Great Wall up to sixth floor and they offered us to transfer to it but we have to pay 90 euros extra for the exact same room. We decided to accept the original room but we suffered from AC equipments every night.

The property was not clean. I had to find another hotel and moved within hours

There was only the Port Mall in front of the hotel, and although the elevator was more secure as you needed a card to access your floor, I would not choose to stay there again

The reception staff tended to speak in an unprofessional and somewhat rude manner, and their English was not spoken fluently. Additionally, there were no nearby shops or facilities unless you walked a considerable distance. The room cleaning was not done thoroughly, and some of the pillows and bed sheets had a yellowish color

The hotel’s location was excellent—perfect for our pre-cruise stay, with the port just across the street. Breakfast was very good; we especially loved the honey dripping straight from the honeycomb—it paired perfectly with our toast. The Turkish tea was always a treat. Best of all, the dining area offered an unbeatable view!

It was pricey but I guess it was worth it.

No Bidets! Can get noisy due to the nightlife around the area.

Excellent location near many historic sites and tram station. Across the street from cruise port. Many restaurants close by. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast buffet on 9th floor was impressive. Highly recommend.

Bed was comfortable. Pillows were uncomfortable. 45 minutes from airport.
