Good hotel, comfortable ,good location and perfect breakfast

good location , near all place which you want travel to it , such as emininuo , fatih, ballat , uskudar , taksim , sultan ahmad ,....and near all transportation , central of all bazars which you licked marketing .and best of them staff is very good .

All the staff were so friendly & helpful. Also the place was so close to all public transporation (metro,tram, bus station). The place was so clean.

Great location, within walking distance to many important attractions. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also quite good.

Only a few small inconveniences – there were some mosquitoes in the room, and no mosquito net on the window. The shower drained slowly, which was a bit uncomfortable.

Ask for any thing damage to replace took too long to fix and had to ask more than 4 or 5 times, breakfast staff are not helpful no hospitality and some items are not available daily

The hotel under renovation so the sound of work during working hoursAlso the most important for me was the AC didn’t work when we asked the answer was all the hotel work in one mode either cooling or heating so when we needed the cooling mode we couldn’t which was catastrophic for us The area around look poor with less number of tourist

I did not liked that the hotel said they have parking, but a guy asked 10€ per day!

The room was not so clean and there was mold in the bathroom. Also some furniture were broken.

Someone tried to open my room at noon and luckily I was there, then I asked the staff that I wanted to see the surveillance cameras, then he told me that "no one is supposed to try to open your room door, I will solve the problem and show you the surveillance cameras in the evening." In the evening I saw another staff person and told him the same problem and he told me that the surveillance cameras were broken, and they were supposed to be the housekeeping service, although I did not ask for them.

The receptionist was amazing—really nice, very helpful, friendly, and always smiling. I stayed there for 10 days, and I’m going to miss her so much.

The room was so hot and AC was not working.

This hotel is one of the most value for money in Istanbul! It’s in the perfect spot, close to attractions and right between the European and Asian sides of Istanbul. You’ll find everything nearby, from groceries to restaurants. The staff is friendly, especially the hotel cat ?

The AC didn’t work, and we needed that to cool the room because it was really hot and humid. The worst part was the noise, you could hear water running from other rooms and even hear your neighbors as if they're in your room. But thank god for earplugs during the night. Make sure to bring some with you.

Best Hotel I have ever stayed in Istanbul, the rooms and everything same as the pictures and the receptions are really friendly, amazing and helpful people. I really suggest this hotel and also the location is really good!
