Primero Hotel

the location, the staff and the cleanliness.

Friendly staff especially front desk manager. Great breakfast.

Unfortunately the water in the standing shower was always stagnant and the water was always stopping about 2 inches from our feet. We had to call MR Faisal to take care of this situation as it was becoming very inconvenient for us on a daily basis.

Cleanliness

My first room was very small but it was changed to a slightly bigger room. I was happy with it . The room was very clean. The staff were all very nice.

close to major sightseeing designations

located next to a cargo warehouse which starts moving and trucking at 3-4 a.m.. The next building's renovation work does not stop until mid-night. There was basically only one drawer & no counter top. Supply for toiletry and toilet paper were minimal.

The location is perfect. Close to a lot of sights within walking distance.

Toilet seat was broken. There were clothes from the previous guest IN the bed sheets so clearly they do not change bedding between guests. Disgusting.

Location is absolutely wonderful! Staff were kind and helpful. Enjoyed our 4 day stay in Sultanhamet very much.

Breakfast was not good. Breakfast room in the basement was tiny and cramped. Had to out every day to get decent coffee and something to eat.

Location is close to the major tourist attractions, but it¿s not on a busy street. The neighborhood is fairly quiet.

The path to the hotel is very hilly. So those who have crutches, or are wheel-chair bound, it¿s not in an ideal location for you. We had an issue with our room not being available (they overbooked), however they fixed it promptly.

Just Normal

The room was small Our book was for deluxe Room but the deluxe room type small too. And you can hear noisy coming from the street very close

Breakfast was good, there was a variety of food available. The location of the the hotel was excellent, it was only a 10 minute walk to Hagia Sofia and the Blue Mosque.The staff at the hotel are extremely polite and helpful and met all our needs. Especially Semi and Ozgur at reception and also Imam.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. They arranged for transfers as well as tours and made. My stay very easy and stress-free.

It's actually difficult to find a complaint about this wonderful hotel. If I had to make any criticism it would be that the bedsheets are not very soft.

- Great location near the Grand Bazaar and several touristic attractions- Clean room and good price based on its facilities- Quite area suitable for a perfect sleepand most important I would like to mention the staff. Great guys, especially Azer, the guy from reception. He is so kind, professional, open to help with any advice you might need when you arrive in Istanbul. He helped us with all the information we needed and also with the airport transfer at the check out. If you need guidance, he is the right man to talk to!?

Great location very convenient to lots of historical landmarks and public transportation. The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast selection was great (even if there was no authentic Turkish coffee).

The room was underground with a small street-level window above the bed, which unfortunately made it noisy and a little unsettling. I had to close the window at night, and the room became quite stuffy.

The customer service was outstanding. The receptionist, Semih, took care of us with genuine attention and professionalism. He treated us exceptionally well and made our stay feel truly welcoming. The Turkish breakfast was another highlight: everything was wonderfully fresh, beautifully prepared, and full of rich flavors. There was a great variety of classic items.

It was clean, staff was very nice and it was a walking distance from historical areas and grand Bazar

GPS don’t locate the place correctly I have to ask people sometimes how to reach the hotel. Better to mark the street and don’t depends on it. Also you can hear the people in the next room

Our experience at Primero Hotel was perfect from start to finish. The entire hotel team was there to assist us right from the moment we entered. A special shout-out to Ozgur, who was amazing! He took the time to explain all the best places to visit and even helped us with bookings. Highly recommend!

I had an amazing stay at Primero Hotel Istanbul, and I want to give special thanks to Ozgur, who truly made my experience unforgettable. His hospitality, professionalism, and friendly attitude were beyond expectations — he is absolutely brilliant at his job. Imam was also fantastic and very supportive throughout my stay.The hotel is in a perfect location, close to all the major attractions, but what really makes this place stand out is the exceptional service led by Ozgur. everything was good

This hotel was honestly located in such an amazing spot, the staff was extremely cooperative and kind. They guided us for everything and made sure we had a smooth and steady stay. Iman and Ozgur were extremely friendly and trustworthy! I would 10/10 recommend for you to stay here.

Ozgur, Imam, and Semih we're very awesome. They took care of all of our needs and we're very knowledgeable about the area and all things to see and do. They also offer a variety of tours at discounted prices. They were great at finding us transportation to and from all of our destinations. I highly recommend staying at Premier Hotel
