Sultanahmet Nu Hotel

The staff was very friendly and he was nice enough to recommend us a very nice night club, when we had issues they were resolved pretty fast! Overall a very nice and pleasant experience. The location was ideal for taking trains and overall walking.

No everything was fine, when we had issues with cigarette smell in the bathroom coming from the neighboring room, I notified the receptionist and they were very quick to take action against it.

I love that the hotel was close to all the major tourist attractions, great restaurants and shopping (less than 5 minutes walking).

The room was very small, not well lit and a bit dank inside. It was fine for one night but definitely wouldn¿t stay longer than that for comfort.

Is in a central area. Very clean, they clean every day, providing new towels and sheets.

Could use some renewals to make it a bit more modern, but still everything works well.

Exceptional stay with a free upgrade that elevated the experience. The room was spotless and spacious. Staff were warm, professional, and made everything seamless from check-in to checkout. Great location and unbeatable value. You can store your luggage as well if you want to roam around without hastle.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights the reception Omar were awesome. The hotel enjoys an ideal location. Actually all of then it was great.

The hotel was located right in the middle of everything we wanted to visit, and very close to a tram station, excellent restaurants, shops and mosques. We enjoyed our stay and the receptionists were really helpful accommodating our needs, especially Omar.

The room was right next to the street, which can get a bit noisy on Fridays and Saturdays. The common areas need upgrading.

At first, I want to mention how warm and helpful the staff were. I especially want to thank the reception team — Murad, Omar, and all the other staff — they were extremely helpful with all my questions, even those not related to the hotel. The hotel location is very good, and the breakfast was excellent for the price.Another great thing was the view while having breakfast. The restaurant is on the seventh floor and has a beautiful sea view. There is also an open area facing the sea, which made breakfast even more enjoyable, with birds (seagulls) around while eating.

Overall great no major issues

The location was perfect. Reception staff was very helpful and pleasant.

Breakfast staff was very unaccommodating. We were leaving just before 8am on a tour. Dining room was open and laid out but we were refused breakfast as it was before time. Asked to take away and was refused as I was supposed to advise a day before which we were not advised previously of.

Smelled like cigarettes (I booked non smoking rooms) very thin walls I booked an extra night by mistake and paid it full before arrival they canceled my whole stay since I didn’t show up the first extra day I paid in advance.I needed an extra day bc of my mistake (they offered for extra money another room) but didn’t book it there because the whole place smelled like cigarettes and the walls were very thin I could hear a couple arguing all night the breakfast wasn’t the best I left to another hotel

The room did not really have place to put our clothes. We stayed in a room for 3 (we were only 2 in the room) if we would’ve been 3, that would’ve benn very unconfortable. With this set-up, it was bearable but not confortable.

The only thing I liked about this property was the breakfast it was good and well prepared.

I had a very disappointing experience during my 4-night stay at this hotel. The location of the hotel front is on a hill, which wasn’t clearly mentioned and made access more difficult. When I booked the room, I made a specific request for a certain room type, but the hotel completely ignored it.When I approached the front desk, they told me to speak with the manager. Unfortunately, the manager was extremely unhelpful and rude — one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. He made no effort to resolve the issue or assist in any way.Overall, this was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. I would not recommend this place to anyone, and I definitely will not be coming back.

Very kind and available staff, perfect location, rooms are comfy, cosy and clean.

Noisy from the corridor, you can hear the other guests, corridor floor is not so clean, not well maintained.

Nice clean hotel in the city center. Just a 10 min walk from blue mosque. The staff were friendly and nice. View from the terrace deserves a special note.Located on a quiet street.

Disappointing experience and disgusting staff attitude

It wasn’t my first time in this hotel,when I arrived the receptionist said regarding to some errors on their system they do not have available rooms,is it my problem so?at least inform me a day before,more than that the staff behavior pissed mi off ,he just send me random hotel,no guidance,no support,1 minute walk he said which became 10 minutes to down hills ,he promised to deliver my luggage to other hotel and at night when I arrived my luggage still wasn’t delivered,thank you for worst experience and 0 customer support,will never suggest this hotel ??????????????

This hotel's best asset by far is the staff at the Reception desk. They are friendly, incredibly kind and really do their utmost to help with everything! They are amazing people!We booked the economy room. It was clean, spacious, basic, but covered our needs, i.e. air conditioning, kettle, WiFi, TV, private bathroom, towels were changed every day. The location is absolutely perfect! It's next to the Blue Mosque and Agia Sofia. It's within walking distance of the Grand Bazaar.....and also about 30 minutes walk from İstiklal, for shopping, and Taksim Square. We didn't need to use public transport at all The hotel is surrounded by eating places, coffee houses and bars....and also a supermarket.Our special thanks to the Reception staff: Mohammed, Murat and Aiman for doing everything to make our stay enjoyable ! ?P.S. Good luck with your final year of studies Mohammed!
