Ramada Encore By Wyndham Istanbul Basin Express

Loved the bathroom! Spacious, looked beautiful, newly remodeled and shower had great water pressure.

Not a thing.

Staff were very professional and helpful. Allowed to check in early and help reserve a taxi for us at 4 am. Location across from the Mall of Istanbul made it easy to find great shopping and food outlets. I highly recommend this place. Stayed there twice

Location not good. Room was not the cleanest one I ever stayed.

The staff were exceptionally kind, friendly, and accomodating.

Courtesy, respect and good communication from hotel staff

There was a lot of traffic noise around the hotel.

Clean, good price, good location

Mediocre breakfast, smelled of smoke, very small gym, a bit noisy

Reasonable prices for a high quality room. Well, more of a penthouse ( half of the top floor). Very well designed.

Nothing much.

Clean, safe, right across Mall of Istanbul. Very good breakfast options in the morning.

The hotel was less than a 10 minute walk from the Mall of Istanbul, but it wasn't in a good neighborhood. It wasn't particularly easy to get to by taxi. We couldn't find any good cafes or restaurants within walking distance of the hotel!

The staff are very supportive. Kind

The hotel should not allow room occupants to smoke in the corridors. Smoke was coming from the walkways

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is delicious. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Will come back again. The location is very close to mall of Istanbul. We liked our stay very much. Thanks to everybody.

Very good location for those who have long transit at the Istanbul Airport. It is just opposite the Mall of Istanbul where you can find all your needs. A good breakfast buffet. Staff speaks English. Rooms are very clean and comfortable.

So close to the Mall of İstanbul, rooms are clean and big. It is highly cost effective. Reception is always helpful, Kadircan Bey especially facilitated out checkin services and showed great hospitality.

Bad Hotel

The hotel is affected from earthquake. They first gave me a damaged room. When I objected, they moved me to another room. After organizing my things, I discovered that the air conditioning wasn't working. I had to open the window, and mosquitoes and other insects came in. This caused me discomfort. Even when they fixed the air conditioning, it didn't work properly. I had to sleep under mosquito bites.

Excellent staff, clean facility and good food

The accommodation was quite good, the staff were friendly, the rooms were clean, and there was free parking.Everything went perfectly

- breakfast- comfortable- clean- friendly staff- food service available to be delivered to room- close to Istanbul airport and a big mall if those matter - easy transportation if needed

- Wifi was problematic at times and once dot disconnected completely with no internet whatsoever. - the room was not soundproof enough to provide a real quiet atmosphere to sleep at nights (but it's not worse than many other hotels in the city).- not much to do around this location if it's important for you. You may need to use the public transportation to reach interesting locations

Booked the room for my parents! Can say that they were so pleased. Rooms are clean and big; reception took all my notes with all attention and I really appreciate it! The mall is 5 minutes walk, which is perfect. The breakfast is great. Thank you! And will definitely stay again .

Had a wonderful stay! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect. Would definitely come back!

Location is near a big mall and highway. It close to IST airport but far from SAW. Staff are polite and handy. Hotel was quiet. Nice coffee and tea.

Breakfast diversity should be improved. Small rooms. Household is a bit careless as they missed some items in their cleaning routine to done.
