Somerset Maslak Istanbul

The Area

I asked them to switch on the AC and they said it is winter season and they cannot switch it on and they asked me to open the windows .. I slept one night with an opened window and the next morning I had mosquitoes bites.. I checked out but they didn’t refund the money for the other nights and they didn’t provide any help or at least apologize

Clean . Staff tried to please us as much as they can

When we booked for 3 adults the rate got higher . Then we were surprised that it only a double bed option!! And for the 3rd bed we need to pay more .

Staff very welcoming, clean apartment, location

The pillow is very high but they changed it for me, and the bed isn’t medical bed , it is very soft

The room was so nicely decorated & organized So clean

Location was so far from downtown

the location was goodmany restaurants and coffee shops around family friendly safetystaff were helpful

the furniture in living room was old and very smelly!finding taxi was a little difficult and you had to use applications like uber and bitaxi

Room was like a studio house, which was very convenient. I liked the view and the balcony.

Maybe the only think I didnt like is the bed. I stayed in this hotel before. Beds are super soft and definitely not comfortable and healthy.

Great rooms, comfortable, good staff, nice pool, in a very interesting neighborhood

Not really a problem, just a thing to correct, booking lists check-in as 15:00, however the automated message received from the property lists check-in as 14:00

It’s so nice place and location too and room it’s like flat and it’s so clean and people stuff was polite ❤️

It’s far a little bit from the metro station and bus too need only taxi service

Excellent facilities. They upgraded our room for free to a two bedroom comfortable appartment. Nice clean and large pool. Well equiped and sunny gym. Well equiped room with large balcony and fully equiped kichen. Mini bus to the metro station (public transportation).

We had to pay a deposit of 6000TRL which was not returned when we left the hotel!!! They told us it will be refunded in 10 working days! In fact they would refund it to another unknown to us card that was not our card which was used to take the deposit! Fortunately we realized it and asked them to return it to the right card. This mitake they made was a big disappointment for us and we did not expect it!! Also we had asked for a room at a high floor but they put us in the 6th floor which is below the reception level!

The hotel was so clean. The view was great, which makes this hotel special. The bed was comfortable and clean.

When we put up the "Do Not Disturb" sign, we prefer not to be disturbed. Unfortunately, we were called each time the sign was up to ask if we needed cleaning. While we appreciate the staff's attentiveness, it might be better in the future to only check in if we've specifically requested cleaning, rather than each time

The room wasn't cleaned properly when we checked in. There were some hair in the toilet and on the carpet of living room. Also, the pillows smelled bad.

Big thanks to the amazing staff , especially [Yasin/Ahmet] Super friendly, always ready to help, and made my stay so much better. Really appreciated the warm welcome and great service. Hope to come back soon!

It was one of the best hotels I stayed at in Istanbul. It was also the best reservation, made by a kind friend named Kaan Akşut, who helped me in every way. I recommend that you definitely go to this hotel if you are staying in Istanbul.

Hotel is located in very classy neighborhood surrounded with various restaurants and moderns cafes . It’s perfect for whom looking for modern life style away from center of town. Perfect for families but it might not suite people whom visit Istanbul for first time and want to be near of tourist attractions . For me it not make in issue since I’m frequent travel to Istanbul .

Since my stay was in April , Ac cooling system is not working as per hotel system policy . Heat system was working only as they consider this time still as winter . but it was quite good as weather was fine . Personally I prefer to sleep in cold room. To overcome this Hotel was kind enough to open windows locker to get cold air flowing to the room

The staff was amazing! The hotel is very clean and nestled in a great location full of activities, dining, cafes, and attractions. The hotel gives a home vibe with kitchen, washing machine, etc. and that was pleasant.

The location Maslak is very independent from the rest of Istanbul. In general, getting in and out of Maslak was not fun do to the traffic.

Location

Parking far away, swimming pool was closed, gym was simple and overrated, kids play room had very few options

**Review for Somerset Istanbul Maslak Hotel**I recently stayed at the Somerset Istanbul Maslak Hotel, and overall, it was a great experience. The hotel has a modern design and offers comfortable accommodations, making it an ideal choice for both business and leisure travelers.I had the opportunity to meet Dilara and Ahmet during checkout. Dilara was particularly helpful in arranging a late checkout for me, as my flight was late at night, which made my departure much more convenient. The room cleaning service was also commendable. My room was kept in excellent condition throughout my stay, with daily tidying and restocking of essentials, ensuring a comfortable environment. The hotel is well-located in Maslak, providing easy access to various attractions and business areas. The amenities, including the fitness center and dining options, added to the overall positive experience. In summary, my stay at Somerset Istanbul Maslak was enjoyable, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay in Istanbul!

It’s quiet and clean and comfortable. Dilara was welcoming and upgraded my room. Thank you.

The price could be lower because the hotel doesn’t have any restaurants or 24 hours room service. But overall it’s comfortable.
