Smell in the corridor , near the left

Lovely place with a great location, close to everything and on a beautiful street.Special thanks to Merve and Jamel at the reception, and Emine from housekeeping for their kindness.

The view, the staff (especially Merue & Cemil), the room was great as well.

No big lobby

Excellent facilities, great location and attentive staff

Nothing but some rooms are a bit more comfortable than others

The location perfect The staff they are amazing, helpful and so kind all of them the hotel clean but small room but I enjoy with my family. It’s good for their family safety.

We did not have breakfast . The location was perfect and met our expectation

The TV remote was not charged

Location at the shopping area

Very poor breakfast, no lobby

I really like this hotel , staff are very friendly they make you feel home. They always want to facilitate everything and always smiling . Perfect location.

Although the staff kindly offered a complimentary breakfast and dinner following the incident in which I was stuck in the elevator for nearly 15 minutes, the experience left me feeling unsettled for some time. While the staff apologized repeatedly and their concern was appreciated, it contributed to my discomfort, particularly when returning to my room and needing to use the elevator again. It is worth noting, however, that the issue did not recur.

The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The location is excellent close to everything and the price is great for the value. Would definitely recommend

Some of the furniture was a bit worn (such as the nightstands, door handles, and bed frame), but it wasn’t a big problem and didn’t affect the overall stay

The location of the hotel was excellent and in good area to walk around, breakfast food was good quality but limited menu options would be ideal for 1-2 days only …

From the comments i was thinking it would be great hotel, but honestly it is 4 star hotel rating I stayed for 6 nights un the corner room , although the room was spacious , but the furniture was old and appeared to be used thousands times , toilet also .. walls have scratches.. lights switches was not properly working, housekeeping service was not good at all they only makes up the bed .. they don’t clean or even re-arrange anything, Breakfast was average with limited menu an no variety
