There were some loud guests that didn't respect "quiet hours", I could hear them through the walls.

Close to historic places

Not much room facilities like fridge etc

The front desk person was amazing and extremely helpful and friendly. He helped us order dinner. He was also helpful in getting items that i needed. Also, since we were not able to get breakfast in the morning, he packed to go bags for us and take to the airport.

Our room was facing the front of the hotel which was noisy. If we were staying more than one night, I would have requested a different room.

The location. Easy transportation, close to tram sto and sites.Hotel staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I have stayed at this place before and recommended it to others.The front desk person was so nice and helpful. We were tired when arrived, he helped us order food for delivery. Also, since we were only staying one night and would not have breakfast, they packed a small bag for us to take with us.

Our room was facing the street. You hear everything (cars, talking, cleaning)Next time, I would request a different room ( I was only staying one night).The hotel is down a steep hill. If you have issues walking, this might not he a good choice for you.

Perfectly located, walking distance to key Istanbul attractions! Clean, spacious and comfortable with great breakfast included,ac, and an elevator. Close to multiple restaurants, public transit, grocery and other shopping stores. Private airport transportation available through property. Staff very friendly.

Their photos showed a wonderful roof deck with a meal., reason we selected the hotel, but the deck was filthy with bird poop and deserted.The location is good, but it is on a small commercial street with poor steps to the street.

Located close to the historical site.

The photos are definitely from a while ago. There is no breakfast on the terrace (!). A lot of noice in the room.

The hotel overall was good. Breakfast is turkish style, they cleaned the room everyday, and the location was perfect.

I had an amazing experience during my stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed.The location is perfect — close to everything yet quiet enough to relax. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a wide variety of options.Overall, I was truly impressed by the service and atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent hospitality.

Everything is as you expect from a hotel. The beds are good, the rooms are clean and it's not too noisy. For the price, this was as good as it gets for such a great location.The staff is friendly and helpful. Especially one of the Georgian cleaners was really nice to us.

The wifi isn't very good. The breakfast isn't bad but it's very basic. Otherwise there isn't anything to complain about.

Just a few mins to the Blue Mosque and other attractions in the area. And a beautiful view of the Marmara sea from the terrace.

The water stopped working overnight for 1 night

Comfy spacious rooms. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty.

The hotel is in a small route taxi refuse to take u there, for old people it's a disaster I have my parents with me they were suffering to reach the hotel, horrible location, when it comes to rooms they need maintenance only one plug of electricity works imagine full family charging in one plug , TV is not working since day one till we left , beds not comfortable when it's comes to amenities , no shampoo until I complain about it to get it , let's not forget the useless sleepers it's better to bring ur own it's just could be anything but not a sleeper and for cleaning they said we do it every day but it's not true I already complained twice about cleaning the room for staff only Mustafa was a good help he was apologising for his colleagues mistakes and behaviours he tried his best to make us feel better by providing the amenities missing like shampoo towels roll paper, and he even bring us fruits as gesture after apologising , what u pay for and what u get doesn't much it's an overrated hotel, in general it was a horrible experience .
