Beethoven Premium Hotel

Room was spacious. Service was very good! Daily breakfast buffet had a great variety. Every staff member in the restaurant on top provided excellent service, from chefs to servers! Our special thanks go to hotel employee(front) & hotel employee(restaurant)!Will go back!

WI-FI never worked in our room which was located at the far end of the fourth floor. Maintenance had reset the router for that area on three different occasions without any success... Will avoid staying in that corner on our next trip there.

A hotel is very nice and comfortable. Very good breakfast. The staff, especially Sofia and Gvantsa were helpful and polite. I will definitely be staying here again.

The rooms are very clean, the location is nice

There is no stowage space at all. One small hanging space, not enough even for one person and the room is very small.

The hotel is centrally located, and you can walk to all the major events. The metro is also very close. The breakfast was fabulous, including an omelette station. The staff was very accommodating. Highly recommended. They provide an airport shuttle for fee, well worth it.

A lot of food choices. Fresh egg options, waffles and pan cake. Loved the fresh honey with honey comb. Loved freshly cut fruits and varieties of cheese. Great salads, sweets and drink choices.

Door key card did not work on the first try. Bathroom was a little small with little sink-top space.

We enjoyed our stay at Beethoven Premium Hotel, great hotel with very good service, the staff is profesional and friendly, the location is excellent (close to Aksaray tram and metro stations).I highly recommend this hotel.

The breakfast is poor , the rooms are small.. specially the family room.. the parents room is very small we didnt like it

Breakfast had variety, the facilities were nice, the location was good. We booked a junior suite and the size of the room was very big. Very clean hotel and the staff was helpful.

The only "bad" thing that I could say is that the staff doesnt really speak English and it was a bit hard to communicate.

Hammam was not functioning (or I was not lucky enough and hammam was under cleaning always when I was in SPA area). Steam room was smelling not good.

The majority of employees do not speak English. Which made it very hard to communicate.

The room was very spacious and well equipped, even with a prayer rug, though we didn't need one. The breakfast was amazing, lots of options, from bread to tea, olives and desserts. The beds were really comfortable, not too soft, not too hard. The spa area was large, and with refreshing cool water.Positioning of the hotel is great, close to Suleyman's Mosque, Baiazid's Mosque, the Grand Bazaar and a 40 min walk from the Hagia Sofia and Topaki Palace. We went on food the whole trip.

The shower had 2 showerheads, one of which was leaking due to high pressure. Wasn't too much pain, if you could get the lever in the right position.The spa was nice, but the jacuzzi wasn't working. After a certain hour, even though it's open until 23:00, the saunas weren't working without assistance either.

Receptionist asked me for a few to help me out for arranging a tour to cappedociaWhich was not expected And detail pricing of the tour was not given to us. Hot air balloon which was main reason to book this trip was canceled and I was not aware at the time of booking about this possibility or else I would not book to to this since I saw the forecast on my weather forecast report So I think this entire tour was an scam to take our money.Refund was less then what I paid for hot air balloon either.

The staff is exceptionally friendly and consistently goes above and beyond to assist, always displaying a genuine willingness to help with a warm smile and attentive demeanor.

The upgrade of room was a good surprise; the breakfast had good salad options which was quite pleasant start of the day for us. The political situation in the town was quite volatile but the staff made us feel ok about it.

The property rooms are the best part.. all other services are sub standard at the best.. especially when they promise "premium" in their name!! They have excuse for services like pool or spa .. the jacuzzi was not working in the pool area.. u r not allowed to even talk in the pool area because the receptionist is looking after paying massage customers.. not v sure about the cleanliness of the pool either - our kids had ear infection after the trip.. the worst was they jerked the responsibility of pick up facility as well from the airport.. they just dropped us in a new country with no knowledge of the local language 1km away from the hotel seeking some random reason with no help! the driver didnt speak English and didnt even bother to call property to know any other options. We booked boat tour with them and it was also delayed by 2 hrs. No apologies or anything. All it's services and related activities were quite annoying .. we were a group of 4 adults and 2 kids and we waited in lobby doing nothing, with no food or water.. and our whole trip had some or the other abysmal services!! I wish they switch to some premium-ness in their services.. They have plenty of staff, qualified too, but somehow the attitude is to nudge off accountability than to actually solve any issue

The only thing I liked about the hotel was the location. It it close to two different Metro stations.

The staff were very stand offish. Not helpful at all. I only received a smile from the breakfast staff on the first morning of me having breakfast. I had a situation where the housekeeper entered my room after my room was already cleaned. She looked shocked to see me in my room. She knocked I was walking to answer the door she just let herself in. When I asked what she needed she wouldn’t explain, even after trying to use Google Translate. The last straw is I checked out this morning at 3 am. The hotel offered to call a taxi. Don’t let them call you a cab. They make a deal with the drive at a pre arranged amount of 1,400TRY. The driver had the meter on until when got on the highway he turned it off as soon as we got on. When I asked him about it he became very frustrated and started driving very fast. His speed topped out at 160km per hour 99mph . I asked repeatedly for him to slow down he did not. He also was texting the whole time he was driving in this manner. They will try to get you to get transfer through them before your arrival at the cost of $60usd each way. It’s cheaper to just get a taxi and make sure they have the meter on. I had a reservation at a different hotel but changed it to this one. Huge mistake. The hotel is at best an American 3 star. I didn’t see roaches as some of the google reviews said, but it’s outdated and they are RUDE! Never again . Adding a photo of the plate off the driver!

Location is excellent, not right in the middle of the old city but close enough. So it is a bit quieter. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious. The front desk staff were wonderful, had all our keys ready on arrival, and offered any assistance we needed with a smile. Lovely people. The breakfast was good, not stunning but still offering a good choice. The restaurant staff were also very, very nice.

Waiting for an available lift at busy times was tedious. One of our group waited over 10 minutes to come down on the morning of departure. Minor issue, though. The shower door in our bsthroom has come off its runners and it was difficult to open and close. Needs attention.
