The 2 bedrooms were enough space. It wasn't as nice as the photos, especially the balcony which was small and had no furniture. We got 2 bar soap only, 2 pair slippers, and 2 towels for 5 capacity room. Has a washing machine and also dishes but no soaps.

Ants in the bathroom. No air conditioner, only heating. They only activate AC during summer. They left 1 roll of toilet paper and we had to call 3 times and took 4 hours for more paper. No patio furniture. No shampoo, conditioner, or dish soap provided.

The location was perfect and very nice area

The staff was absolutely bad there was two girls in the reception totally bad they haven't respect how to talk with the client they couldn't speak English or other languages just Turkish and these two girls they won't help me and solve my problems they went outside to smoke for 30 minutes it's shame on them, big Hotel like this staff can't believe it last year I was there it was other staff they are very friendly and kind people. A quiet and clean place. Free parking inside the hotel’s courtyard. The beds were comfortable. A very suitable place for families.

The hotel staff doesn't speak English well, which makes communication difficult. The swimming pool is in a neighboring hotel and can only be accessed from the outside street, so you have to leave the premises to reach it. Even entering the pool was difficult for the children, as wearing a head covering was mandatory for both boys and girls before entering the swimming pool.

Room was not deep clean, but when we called cleaning team they did excellent job.

1- Reception staff claimed that they don't have trolley to help me carry my luggage. But later I saw some guests having a hotel trolley to carry his luggage.Also, I needed extra blanket and I had to request 4 times within 24 hours time frame to get the extra one.2- Shower area doesn't have a place to carry soup or shampoo.3- Door lock was not secured enough. You don't have ability to lock room from inside.4- Lighting is very bad. Setting area does not have ceiling lights nor side lamps. It was very uncomfortable in the evening time.

I have taken 2 bed room appartment it was more than I was expected, they also offered car parking in the basements for free also early check in at 9 am morning

Location is to far from taksim and Asia part , also from highways towards hotel the access is very small need to be more careful.

Very clean, comfortable and it was so good for rest after business meetings. Stuff was very frinedly and helpfull. It was connected to pulman hotel wich made our trip best side. Everytjing was good.Only the problem was that after finish our business confrance in Oulman hotel quite we were fat from hystorical and turist places.Otherwise very close are seversl cofeeshops and nice olaces. Good for travel and relax

Apartment was generally well equipped, including the kitchen. It was clean and good value for money.However, lack of response when trying to arrange airport transfer and staff were not friendly or helpful. Demanded a cash deposit rather than the credit card advertised and insisted on keeping our passports when we had no cash.Biggest issues was the lack of curtains - the master bedroom curtains didn’t cover the whole windowane the second bedroom into had net curtains - this meant that the children didn’t fall asleep until very late and then woke up very early making for tired and grumpy children. Curtains are probably not a big deal but had a big impact travelling with small children.

The apartments were great. It was spacious and on the last floor. Some facilities were broken down and it was a little bit far away from the supermarkets, but the staff was very helpful. Good price for an apartment like that.

It is a nice place, but the room service is not that great. If you order kitchen service, it takes a long time, and when it arrives in your room, it is either incorrect or does not arrive at all.

the staff, not all of the apartments are fully furnished, particularly the kitchen, and the language barrier made communication a little challenging.

The place is far from the city center, the kitchen is ill-equipped, and when you inquire about anything kitchen-related, they will say, "Sorry, we do not have."

The gym is cool and the interior is nice, but we did not like that on our second visit, there was no hot water or kitchen utensil available when we asked for them. weve been guests for 3 times; only first visit was a success

Horrible. Should be shut down.

Everything. No wifi. 3 days with no electricity. Just a disgusting place. Because a towel was “dirty” (they had some lipstick on them) they tried to keep 100 dollars from us. Fraudsters.

All good except last day and first day no body understand my address was running same place 1 hour.

9 January morning 6.30 am I was waiting 30 min for reception tall guys but he came late and no apologies so rude I am late for my airport.

Nothing at all. This time, I faced many troubles, and I was disappointed.هذه الزيارة الثانيه وللاسف كانت سيئة جدا ولن أعود إليهم.

1-My room wasn't with a balcony that I booked.2-I asked receptionists to change the room to one with balcony, they changed the room with a balcony, but the room was destroyed facilities like light in one of the rooms wasn't working, and the balcony sheild was not working.3-water cettle was leaking.4-In the day check out in the morning, I didn't find the receptionist to get back my deposit, I had to wait for him about thirty minutes or more, which delayed to reach the airport.

The only thing that we liked was the staff. They were very accommodating and tried to offer us better rooms once we told them how disappointed we were.

The building appears to be newer but the halls reek of cigarette smoke, the walls are mouldy, the air is stagnant. The pictures were of a completely different apartment, much worse than the one we saw in the listing. The staff was very kind and did try to offer us a "better" apartment in the same building when we complained, but at that point we did not trust the location as a whole and decided we wanted to stay somewhere else. We left the same night we arrived and the property gave us a full refund for the stay within a couple of days.

Eventhough we did not got the room that we have booked, the girl at the reception was ready for us and to find us a better solution. We were accomodated in another apartment within the Residence.

The heating was not working, and the staff did not take any action.

It was a very clean area, the size of rooms was very comfortable, the view was perfect , staff were so kind, i really recommend it for everyone
