Location. 1 min walk to the Ortakoy seaside.

We stayed one night with my daughter. The room we got was nothing like the pictures. The pictures show a modern design but we had a room with outdated furniture; chairs with visible stains, dust in every corner and stains all over the door and walls. We arrived late and with a kid, I didn’t wanna look for a new place. We ended up staying in Ortakoy another week but at a different property.

The hotel is clean and conveniently located near everything you might need during your stay, such as the ferry and public transport. The staff is incredibly kind and friendly ,special thanks to them for their help throughout my stay

Property is nice and cozy, value for money near the bus station and a lot of restaurants, the owner of the property is very friendly and gentleman and also “Shahinaz” the house keeper was very nice and friendly.

I really liked the stay at the place, it felt very homely, the hotel managers are very friendly and try to give you the attention at all times.I traveled alone and they were very respectful of my stay there, I recommend it too much.

Quite tiny, but really comfortable room. Everything was really clean. I really like the design of the room and shared area. There is historical building located in very good place. In just few minutes by walking you may reach crowded locations with many restaurants and cafe's. Also, just in 2 minutes you may reach a ferry boat piers.

You get what you pay for, a decent sized room with a small washroom. The beds were big and comfy. the daily staff was very friendly and helpful even walked us to some restaurants . Location is great and in close proximity to a lof of things that you could just walk to. Overall would recommend for short stay

There was a foul smell in the shower that was quite unbearing, but i do think this is an issue with Istanbul in general because of their complicated yet old sewage system. We were charged extra - so check your credit cards- with a bit of a conversation and claiming it was because of the exchange rate- they did rectify it and gave us back money in liras. The location is great, but it comes with traffic- if you need to get there with a taxi- be prepared to walk extra to get a taxi that is not going to scam you because you're in the busiest part

The location is perfect, close to tourist area. Unless the property does not offer breakfast but you have bunch of option for any kind of breakfast and food. you can find perfect restaurants nearby. Almost everything you need is there.

The area is a bit crowded specially at the weekends.

Very cosy appartment with brilliant host- he waits until almost midnight for us! Thank you.Inside the small hotelbis a Cafè-Bar where you can have fresh brewn coffee in the morning.

little bit hard to find

I love the location. very close to the Ortaköy mosque and ferry boat terminals, great restaurants nearby ( must try: pizano pizzeria and Ortaköy kasabi ) the hotel was on the ground floor so it was very convenient for me to get in and out of my room. good enough facilities, could be cleaner but they do provide quite a bit of accessories to go along with your stay like throwaway slippers and towels etc. really worth the price

it’s really loud outside my room as I had the ground floor room, and not only that you can also hear all the music playing on the street and the street is right outside my window. it’s very noise and hard to sleep

Small and family type hotel with personal approach to each guest.

Nice and cozy room. The staff is very helping. There is a great coffee place downstairs. Location is pretty touristic, so a lot of cafes and shops nearby.

There was a disturbing noise from the street at night.

Near Besiktas

This place is old and uncomfortable. Very noisy and bad spot. No elevators or easy access. No soundproof No amenitiesThis is like one night place for very low budget people.

Ali at the reception was amazing, very helpful and going above expectations.

Nothing that is connected to the hotel, but at that location finding taxi is very difficult and almost impossible. The traffic is horrible.

I like every thing, modern design, friendly crew, good location, actually this is the place I will book for every time I am supposed to stay in Istanbul. I really 100 % suggest you to book this place. I thank Ali for supporting me to reach air port at last night, and also that Turkish man who I forgot his name.

Hotel was lovely, really close to a brilliant market as well as pubs, bars, restaurants, shops and the sea. Staff were very friendly and helpful - they helped us get taxis when needed.

Rooms available with earlier check in time. We arrived at 11 but check in wasn't until 2pm. But it wasn't an issue as we were welcomed to sit in the lounge and offered refreshments. The staff are also happy to look after your luggage if you want to go and explore.

The location is great - there are many nice breakfast options, grocery stores, street food places, etc. nearby. Wi-fi worked well. The room itself was simple, but good enough if you’re looking for a place to relax after a day of exploring Istanbul. The staff was friendly and helpful.

clean room, comfortable bed for me , no shower problems. close to bus stop, great neighborhood to walk around.

location was perfect, hotel was cosy,easy access to Bosporus bridge, seaside, local coffee shops and restaurant,supermarket .Mr Ali the receptionist was very friendly and helpful, he was always there for us.
