Juno Hotel Taksim

To provide the services and room type their customers had paid for. To not yell and be rude at their customers.

I was lied to, shouted at and humiliated publicly by the hotel receptionist.

The hotel is perfectly situated, the staff was very kindly.

The room 1102 were we was has a bad view, abandoned building in one side and big tree covered the view in other side.

Location, friendly staff, room view

Small room size

Location was perfect. Just 5 min walk from Istiklaal Street. All the transportation is very near from the hotel. It took almost 5 min from Metro. The hotel was very clean. They upgraded my room to executive suite. They refill everything on request and the services and everything was amazing. Very near to everything. Highly recommended.

The pressure on the bidet was very low. Other than that everything was amazing.

we love this hotel, the room is very good , comfortable, good location and very nice staffs. we will back?

The location is great, close to metro, tram, café, supermarkets, touristic places. Calm at night-time, good mattress and curtains, - good sleep and recovery after intense day. Breakfast is quite fine, basic but freshly cooked.

This area is developing now, in several years it will be nice place I guess. Close buildings are being renovated right now, at day time it is noisy ( it didn't disturb us, we didn't stay at the hotel at day time, but for somebody it can be important)

Lovely place. Loyal & always reliable. ‘Fatih’ is exceptionally gracious. The ladies are nice as well. The location is fabulous right there in Taksim square. Most tour buses can either pick you up from there or just walk up to the end of the alley close to the big name Hotels. Definitely worth one full week in Istanbul.

What’s not to like!!! It is great.

Bed was spacious and comfy, air conditioning system worked well. Hotel located close to Taksim street, but in a quiet neighbourhood.

Ruins of another building straight out of your windows.

Great location

The bathroom sprays water all over . I also asked for extra towels and was told to go to the reception instead of someone bringing then to our room.

Amazing views over the city, very hip and beautiful breakfast salon, AC was amazing in the room (central system that you can control), excellent walkin shower and water pressure.

Everything was amazing. Just a small suggestion: for guests staying more than 3 nights, it would be great to change breakfast a bit.

The location was awesome for us Canadian tourists - the room was spacious and super clean, totally remodelled with a deck - the morning Turkish breakfast was beyond our expectations - the staff were superb!

Everything was awesome!!!!!

The hotel is a bit hidden down a narrow road so I would definitely recommend screenshoting the location on your maps before traveling if you think you might not have internet to look it up, but that's the only downside to the hotel. The rooms are nicely furnished and sufficiently sized. I slept on the pull out couch while my parents slept in the bed and both were very comfortable. Great location relatively close to public transportation and the Galata tower.

The location was very close from Taksim Metro station. The air condition was working very well. The hot water was very good and the water pressure was good. Water bottles were provided.

1. The street to the hotel was hill so it was inconvenience with suitcases.2. The room was very tight. Although we picked 24 square meter room, there was not enough room to put two large suitcases.3. The bathroom shower booth was very small so the water went out all of the place in the bathroom.4. There is only one elevator which fits only two people.5. Windows were not sound proof so it was noisy

Everything! Location ! My apartment with best view Size of apartment Front desk very nice people

I didn’t find anything wrong

Room was nice and cozy. With all basic facilities available.

When you call staff for any service. They take ages to respond back.

The location is very convenient and breakfast is nice. Very homely experience. Ensure you book a superior room as lower level rooms are small. It is a busy area and quite noisy at night. There seems to be a night club nearby. I wish they could offer late check out. The only option was to extend by 24 hours.

At the time of our stay the hotel is under renovation, we were not aware of it until the time of check in. However, the staff were very helpful, friendly and tried their best to ensure our stay is pleasant.

Location. Cleanless. Staff

Large comfortable double bed, excellent location in the heart of Taksim, attentive staff providing daily complimentary tea, coffee, toiletries and drinking water.Excellent hot powerful waterfall shower.Good heating / AC system - powerful!

Could improve shower with a partition to prevent water leaving the shower.

Great Location , family suit was clean and comfy over all good experience
