The bed was damn comfortable. All services were top niche for sure I will return again.The staff were very very helpful especially the following: Eroy, Emre,Eda,Ilayda, and Oguz. Would be good to have a variety of options for breakfast but was good though.

Oooh the Internet WifI connection from our rooms (1st floor) was very pathetic during the day but at night it worked well.It kept disconnecting off the connection and one needed to stay at one position close to the door. However, from the business center it worked perfectly regardless of the time.

Very impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of this hotel as well as perfection in their guest service. In particular, these two breakfast ladies (Gulsever and Nurcan) have done an exemplary job in serving the BEST Turkish-style breakfast (always fresh and delicious) along with their sincere hospitality. In addition, my special thanks to this tall gentleman (Engin) at the front desk, who makes everything happen very quickly, for his exceptional professionalism and guest satisfaction mindset. And finally, Batu is a wonderful bellboy who always smiles and takes care of the guests in a warm manner. OVERALL, I am very satisfied with my stay here and do totally recommend.

The location is not quite central, which may require you to take the cab all the time…

I want to take a moment and thank the staff and managementof this hotel. I was really stressed about this vacation, since it was my first time in Turkey, I do not know Turkish and I was travelling from Canada and my mom and dad supposed to come from Iran, so the situation was complicated. They arrived before me and the management and staff welcomed them very warmly. I canot thank them enough for being helpfull, war, and welcoming. Special thanks to Mr Batu in reception and Mis Farzaneh in management. Also special thanks to madame Ozgul, the cleaning lady who was very nice, helpful and caring. She did not know our language but she was doing her best to communicate with us and help us which meant a lot for us. Also another lady in reception who ordered food for me with her application because I did not have access to turkish applications.

The beds were a bit smaller than my expectation for twin bed, however the sofa was basically a queen bed and also they provided extra duvet and pillows.

I stayed at ibis Styles Istanbul Bomonti for 6 nights, from September 29 to October 5.My experience was excellent — the hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near many key areas in Istanbul.I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Ilayda, Nilayda, and Batuhan from the reception team for their professionalism, kindness, and outstanding customer service throughout my stay.

The hotel was modern, clean, and very comfortable. The location was convenient with easy access to transportation and nearby attractions. The staff were absolutely wonderful — especially the reception team: Emre, Ilayda, and Nilayda. They were always welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful with everything I needed during my stay. A special thanks to Nilayda, who went above and beyond to make sure I felt at home and had a smooth experience from check-in to check-out.

there was a problem with shower the water keeps changing from cold to very hot everyday while I am taking my marring shower.

So have more breakfast options and upgrade breakfast area to stop flies in that area for enhancing hygiene levels

We visited Turkey to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary and stayed at Ibis Styles Istanbul Bomonti. Our experience was truly amazing, the staff were exceptionally helpful, and the hospitality made our stay even more memorable. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. I would like to thank everyone at Ibis style bomonti was fantastic stay even after I booked separate rooms hotel stuff offered me connecting room without any extra charges or fees .

I like the idea of reconnecting room very much . The reception team was nice, they were flexible when I made a mistake with my booking where I missed adding one of my kids somehow on the app. They were flexible with the check out process.

The parking space is the worst, very crowded, very narrow, it was hard to go up the parking levels. It is great that the option is available in mid-town, but just hard to navigate . Also, the Wi-Fi was pretty unstable.

The rooms are spacious, exceptionally clean, and feel very safe. Housekeeping is provided daily, and any additional requests are quickly fulfilled. The staff are friendly and helpful, especially Ms. Ferzane, who was outstanding throughout our stay. After check-out, you can safely leave your luggage with them and pick it up later at your convenience. Highly recommended.
