Clean hotel Lovely simple breakfast Staff responded when we needed something

The rooms smelt of cigarettes and we have to air them out. People were able to smoke cigarettes in the cafe.

Nothing, we paid online non refundable had to stay 7nights

Room wasnt clean ,old and cold ?Staff they are not turkish do not understand what we say , felt like we are in arabistan or something , everyday the same breakfast we ate 7day omlet At least they could make one day with sausage or tomato egg/menemen /

The toilet was cracked from the wall, and the light was flickering in the WC.The room had a terrible cigarette smell all night. Smoking seems to be permitted in the neighbouring rooms. The whole corridor smelt like cigarettes. Hotel staff also smoke in the restaurant section.

When we want to clean the room, they don’t charge water

The hotel is in walking distance from Istanbul Department of Immigration , Fatih.All the staff are the highlight of this hotel, very friendly and helpful specially Mr. Ahmed. ( Mr. Ahmed speaks good English and always goes out of his way to help you).

Location is great. Staff are very friendly and welcoming specially Ahmad. Crib was ready when we came all clean. Delicious breakfast.

The bathroom is very small and the shower needs renovation.

Very clean, friendly staff, WI-fi, AC, quick check-in and out, cleaning rooms everyday, presentable.

The rooms were fine but the bathrooms quite small. My room’s ring bell didn’t work together with the panel “ clean my room” or “ do not disturb “ but didn’t bother me too much . Not a big hotel but arranged and clean. Breakfast was tasty but everyday the same limited choices. Sadly the bartender have no idea how to operate a manual coffee machine, the coffee was horrible and they would burn the milk, very very noisy milk frothing. I wouldn’t rate it a 4star hotel, more like 3 .
