The location isn’t bad, but the street feels unsafe at night if you’re traveling alone. For two people, it’s probably fine. The view from the room, though, is amazing.

The best in town!! These guys are just like family members they treat you so good. We had kids with us. Definitely worth it and will always stick to this hotel whenever i visit Istanbul. Mr Yahya and Mr Saad are the 2 people you have to look out for! They are super helpful with everything else too such as transfers and bhosphorus cruise. Thank you guys, wish you all the best! Keep it up Saad and Yahya!! ??

Mohamed, Guven, and Yahya are more than professional and incredibly helpful. They truly made our stay much more comfortable and went above and beyond to assist us at all times. Endless comfort hotel is comfy and the staff is very helpful especially Mohamed & Yehia. It’s like 7 min walking from Taksim square in a straight way without slopes. It’s always clean & value for money. The internet is good too

Yahya was very helpful, he accommodated my parents very well- and made sure to get someone to speak to them in Arabic while my flight is delayed. He also helped with getting us a Taxi. Honestly Yahya and Mohammad were amazing! I highly recommend!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, always ready to help. The hotel is very clean, peaceful, and comfortable. Most importantly, its location is perfect — right in the heart of Istanbul, in Taksim, which made getting around the city extremely easy. I highly recommend this hotel

The location and the staff were excellent. Our receptionist who usually worked in the morning shift did his best to make our stay as comfortable as possible for us. At first we received a room which had a bathroom which looked broken and partially under repair.When we stated our problem we were moved to another room the next day. Because of this our stay was "ok" in the end.

The facilities and the rooms are really outdated and partially damaged/broken.I believe this hotel used to be very nice as there is am arble floor in the hallways and reception area but there were no investments made for a very long time in this hotel...We think that the outdated and damaged rooms are the biggest problem of this hotel.

We got basement 1+1 room.The room we got was different from our expectations. From pictures we expected a bigger room and newer furnitures. It was so small and old with many problems. The shower room was too small and it was impossible to avoid splashing water out. After each shower we had to dry the floor in order to be able to use the toilet. The toilet room also was super small that we had to squize ourselves to enter. The electricity system was broken. Also there was a very uncomfortable and partly broken sofa bed. We booked for 4 nights. We requested to change our room and after 2 nights they changed our room as the hotel was full in the first 2 nights. The second room was fine and we were happy with that. However, the staff were kind and tried their best to improve our condition which was nice. So this was the hotel's problem itself and not at all related to the staff. I recommend the hotel manager to invest more on repairing and change the old furnitues and sheets.

Nice unpretentious place in Taksim. My room was upgraded to a family room so very spacious. Clean. Simple but nice breakfast. Great value for money.

As per location its on a hill (but not very steep), in a slum area, and there are several steps to climb to enter the hotel( not very easy with a baby stroller, although most of the times the staff helped us with the stroller).No much services available, and what’s available may be out of function( 2 days without an elevator as it was weekend days, so we had to carry the baby and the stroller up and down the stairs everytime,and there explanation was very rude”dont you have anything thats under maintenance in your home”, “i cant ask my housekeepers to carry the cleaning staff and do the housekeeping” “what can i do we already sent to the elevator company for maintenance but todays is a weekend” however they offered help with the stroller during climbing the stairs, nescafe machine not working (Although they offered once to make us nescafe/tea). microwave not working at the end of our stay.Water is not supplied daily.As per housekeeping they might be late for 4 PM and usually cleans the room when we are in. They have to change bed sheets and linens every 3 days even if they are grossly dirty. Several days they didnt have enough sheets to change. On arrival we checked-in at 4 PM and the room wasnt done yet, and they kept cleaning it while we were waiting inside the room. They even didn’t have a king bed sheet and applied 2 single sheets on the king bed making it uncomfortable and easily removed while moving, and we had to wait for 3 days to change it. New Bed sheets and towels had stains but when asked to change it they did.Hygiene is not ideal, they could forget cleaning the surfaces, below the bed is not clean at all.Room doesn’t have a tissue box so if you need tissues you will take the toilet papers.

Great location,very near taksim but really quiet at the same time.Nice breakfast,helpful staff and amazing value for the price we payed.Would reccomend?

I booked for my family , location was very good close to everything you need , I would like to thank Mr Yahia from reception he is very professional and assit my family during all their stay
