Hotel Red Rose -

2 of them were so kind despite the other things.

They act like we are staying at their own home for not paying rent. I ask them a shampoo for my room they gave me a liquid soap and gave me tattered towel for all 7 days. They didn’t change to new anything in my room, i mean towel, toilet paper and so on. Only came for take garbages. I just give them 4 point for the 2 person who works there. Other people and environment are just null.

Breakfast was very good. Everyone could choose something they liked. Varied menu. For me personally, the cheeses were very tasty because I like them very much.

Everything is in its place.No safe but nothing is missing from the rooms.

Really nice staff. Great breakfast. Great location to everything in Istanbul. I will definitely stay there again.

The room was rather dirty and air conditioner was broken (some water dropped from it all the time during a week), even after our claim nothing was changed and nobody repaired it :(

good location (walking distance from ayasofia), stuff is very helping and overall great, good place to stay if you're on budget + there's a sea view from window

The room is very tight and need a deep cleaning.. a chair was so dirty and I had to put a cover over it (its mine)..

I liked the location, staff are very nice and friendly.

The furniture needs lots of attention. The mattress, pillows, and covers are old, full of stains, which it’s not hygienic. The breakfast is poor quality. Nothing for kids.

Simple turkish hotel, turkish breakfast, many shops and restaurants close, walking distance metro station

We did`nt expect, that you must climb up the streets to get to Sultanahmed, not far, but lot of climbing

The receptions could not speak english and did not want to try to communicate with us, he had very bad attitude and we did not feel welcomed

Bank terminal didn’t work so I had to look for atm and pay withdraw fee. There was some old towel in the bathroom and toilet splash didn’t work. Mattress was disgustingly dirty

If you want to go to a hotel that is the same as all the rest then go to some big corporate place. The Red Rose is an authentic Turkish hotel. The staff were wonderful (my wife was ill and do they let us delay our departure), the buffet breakfast was excellent and the street view from the breakfast area was wonderful.Easy walking distance from the Blue Mosque etc.

There was a lot of road noise. Did it keep us awake - no. But some people may not like it.

Nothing. I did not stay and had to find another hotel.

The room was not ready. It was not clean. It was smelly . The fridge in the room was not working . The reception was in bad shape with a lot of goods on the floor. The personal were inexperienced and could not speak English.The hotel environment we was very bad. I waste a couple of hours with in vain.

I would say almost each and everything was amazing the stuff the facilities the room the cleanest and access to different points was amazing I would recommend this to you all guys
