Staff was very friendly and curtious

I booked my room with late check out and early check in. But the guy at the reception refused to give me the room early and late check out. However I messaged the hotel before my came and mentioned my need of check in and check out. And they confirmed my need. But in reality the guy liar.

The staf is 10 of 10 Sezgin and mister ismail were very helpfull for me i had all the informations i need because of them thank you very much respectefull staff even in my countries hotels i have never meet a helpfull staff like them thank you very much i will back

The location is great- close to the Sultanahmet area and near all the bazaars. Mr Ismail at the front desk was very sweet- very kind. Breakfast is also decent.

The staff! Sizgheem (not sure how to spell it) but he is the rudest man ever. Very unhelpful, needs to learn manners in dealing with customers. . The bathroom has no working light.

The staffs are really helpful . Both receptionist are nice and willing to help. They have great customer service. The cleaning service lady is also nice and friendly. The location is perfect. Less than 5 minutes walk to grand bazaar, hagia sophia, and blue mosque. You can also use tram to go to istiklal street. I definitely will stay here again if I had chance to visit Istanbul again.

The hotel is conveniently located in Beyazit area, 2 mins to tram station. The room is in decent size and good breakfast included, am quite satisfy given the rate I paid.Staff like Mr. Ismail and Mr. Sezgin are very attending, I would like to thank them for their services.Will come back if I come to Istanbul again.

The hotel's location is so good. The breakfast variety was good. The receptionist was a very good man, very respectful, and friendly. He did whatever he could to help the guests.

It would have been much better if the breakfast area were larger or outdoors.

Location was ideally located near the tram, metro, and Sultanahmet. Breakfast was great!

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location was excellent and perfect for me and my family, only about a 5-minute walk (300–400 meters) to the Beyazit tram station. After the evening the area becomes very quiet since the nearby shops close, which made it great for peaceful nights and good sleep. The price was extremely reasonable, and I found the hotel to be very family-friendly as most of the guests were families as well, so I highly recommend it if you are traveling with children. Our room was comfortable and well-furnished with new beds, furniture, lighting, and very clean bathrooms. Housekeeping did a great job every day, keeping everything tidy. We are a family of four (two kids, 10 and 6 years old), and the room was spacious and comfortable with a very good air conditioning system. The staff were very kind, helpful, and quick to respond – for example, they provided us with an iron several times without delay. Breakfast was simple but quite good considering the price. In addition to all these advantages, the hotel is also very close to the Beyazit food street, where you can find many nice restaurants and cafés to enjoy. Overall, this hotel gave us everything we needed, and I would definitely choose it again for my next trip to Istanbul.

BIG SCAM !!!I went this place with my family i thought it's good place and good location .The houskeeping didn't came to clean room for 2 days and 3rd day they came then drama starts . They said we are used duvet covers and other thinngs dirty but it was also dirty before then they tried to charge 100€ but i didn't agree . There is guy name is Sezgin was very rude don't know how to communicate with customers this kinda people better to work in other places . After all we paid 100€ and then they replaced but that things also dirty we requested money back but they didn't even replied don't go this place unless u want to by scammed What a disappointment!!

Even after getting approved for early checkin from booking.com the room was not provided. Breakfast refill not available after finish.

Hotel is close to landmarks like The Blue Mosque, Grand Bazaar, Eating Street and the Central Campus of the University of Istanbul.

Not much of a view from one’s window. While the hotel’s ad says there are views of the Bosporus strait, did not see or experience this at all.

Sezgin on reception was lovely. will do anything for you. great location for all the famous sights.

Great experience staying at this hotel. Great location, very close and walking distance to shopping area, local restaurants and transportation.The hotel also had a very good complimentary breakfast. The staff services are very good, especially Sezgin, I am very happy and appreciate his service. Thank you very much! I will be back.

Location, value for money.

Lack of windows, noise from corridor.

Save for solo female travellers. Location is near main attractions, you can also use the tram to get there even faster. The hotel is clean, quiet and cozy. The staff is kind and friendly and will help with all your problems.

The location is fantatsik. Even though its right next to Grand Bazar but the Hotel is located a ta quiet place which is a huge benefit to get a good night sleep. The rooms are very cozy and the hotel staff very polite and helpful. The even aloowed me to check in " hrs before my chek in time which was a great help :)

Bedroom was very clean and organised upon arrival alongside the services provided such as the breakfast alongside the daily cleaning of our room. Moreover, the overall quality and design of the hotel is fabulous and the staff such as Sezgin Semih ,Ismail had provided us with a warm welcome and we could not ask for anyone better than them. Additionally, the location makes it very optimal to visit many landmarks in Istanbul such as the Blue mosque or Aya Sofya which are less than 15 minutes away by train. Overall, this hotel is one that I would greatly recommend for anyone who would want a true and superb experience here in Istanbul.
