I like alt in the hotel.

Many vacant and unused properties in the neighborhood create feeling of insecurity when returningto the hotel late atnight

Not bad. Good value. Close to tram.

Plumbing smell. ( a common problem in design of the plumbing in Turkey ). So we just covered the drain

Staff are very polite and helpful. Very clean hotel. Decent breakfast.

The location is horrible. It's situated within a shopping area. Roads are always closed. So no taxi can access the area. You have to walk long distances ( UPHILL) to get to the hotel. Once it's 8pm the area becomes a graveyard. So once you don't buy food much earlier, no supper except you go long distances.

Clean room, comfortable for two people, very good breakfast, and excellent location.

The soundproofing was poor, both from outside and inside the building. We were only given one key card for the room, and a second one was not available. The price should have been lower for what was offered.

The absolute highlight was breakfast. Communication was good, everyone was nice to us And especially our kids. They were tolerant of their behavior (kids 2,4 And 6 years). The cat. Location was very convenient. And the room was cleaned every single day. Thanks a lot!

The location of the hotel was central for someone who work with Shoes. But as tourist during the day was fine and in the evening the neighbourhood was terrible. Very dirty streets around.

The noise from the street down of the hotel was very high. The breakfast was poor and in the terrace but it was too much smell from the kitchen.

For the price I paid , you cannot fault it. It exceeds expectation and it better than 99% of hotels at that price point in that area.I stayed in room 305 (single room) during 29th November to 1st of December.The room was spacious and clean. The bed was good and comfortable. The bathroom was also spacious and clean. The shower is great.Toiletries are provided (shampoo and shower gel) which is a nice plus. The quality of them is quite low - but for the price you are paying, it is nice that they are including those to be honest. You can't really complain. I would suggest to get your own toiletries if you are fussy about that sort of stuff.They provide slippers too which is amazing! Really going the extra mile there. It comes in handy when the floor is tiled and therefore can be cold to the feet.Only negative is that the walls are thin - but this is with every hotel in istanbul at this price range. You just have to accept it and either use earplugs or stay somewhere away from the old city (and probably spend more money). To be honest, it didn't bother me. I was fine.The breakfast is also great. From memory, they had all the turkish style offering such as cold meats, veg, bread, cheese etc. They also had chips and nuggets and a nice scrambled egg. Everything you need really! The staff speak very good english which is a big plus for me! Very nice people, pleasant and professional. The cleaning ladies are also very sweet and very kind and helpful.The location is absolutely amazing. 2 minutes from the tram line and the grand bazaar. And maybe a 7-10 minute walk to Sultan Ahmet Hagia Sofia Blue Mosque etc.All in all, can't complain about anything. Superb hotel for the price.

I come at this hotel for long time , so I like it , clean , easy location near everything, stuff very kind and helpful.

The hotel is in a very good location, close to the main attractions and historical sites. Room quite spacious, clean bathroom.

Coffee at breakfast could be better.

Clean, family friendly and really good service. I strongly recommend it and was actually afraid that it was going to be horrible when looking at previous reviews.Choose this hotel if you want something family friendly. After all hotels are only for sleeping.

There were only stairs to the main entrance (there is an elevator inside of the hotel though!).

Large room, very close to Grand Bazaar.

The bed cover is rough & itchy on the skin. They could have used a regular flat bed sheet underneath to make it comfy. Wifi is weak.

Breakfast was same everyday , location is great near trams but the nearby road are where all shoe traders are so boxes left everywhere but all cleaned up in the evenings

Rooms clean and tidy and very spacious. Location was brilliant couldn't of got any better for our budget.

Breakfast same everyday could have changed how they did they eggs that would be better. But cold meats tasty coffee good .

Overall very clean and very central location. Walking distance to all main attractions.

Menu of the breakfast can be improved and there should be an exhaust fan in the toilets. Located in the middle of shoe market and could be a bit noisy during the day but the nights are peaceful.

Breakfast was pretty cool, I didn’t get bored after a week of stay. The room was clean and comfortable

Internet connection was very poor and unstable. We didn’t get tools for teeth hygiene.
