employees are very kind and helpful. The location is great and close to everything.

Driving a car in Istanbul is quite hard.

Reasonable price. Good Breakfast, Helpful staff.

Cleaning of the room. Location is bit tricky and lot of walking to Tram station/Aya Sofia etc.

Staff is LOVELY, location is close to everything in the old Town and breakfast is delicious!!

dirty blanket, hard sofa, no air conditioner in bed room, the bathroom was dirty and the bed has a bad smell.

Location is very very good, walking distance to Aja Sofia. Very good internet connection. Kettle, watter in fridge, coffee and tea. Very polite and helpful receptionist. Nice breakfast.

We were not located in the main building. Our appartement were in the basement of old house behinde main building.

The hotel is warm and welcoming, the best thing about it is its staff, they are super friendly, they helped us with everything we needed, they were waiting for us from before we arrived and they did everything necessary to make our trip excellent, a customer service Excellent client, I definitely recommend it.

Great location for walking everywhere. The staff is amaizing! They give you a lot of tips to walk around and visit tourist locations as well as where to exchange money with a better rate or eat quality food that's not overpriced for tourists. It was my birthday during the stay and they remembered it and even brought me a little cake! So thoughtful!

The hotel had still a little construction ongoing so it was loud for a very short period of time. In our room there was a new AC unit installed but not connected the first days. It was connected during our stay.

The location was really good. Close to sultanahmet area and in the heart of touristy locations.

The room size was too small.

The hotel is located near Sultan-Ahmet square, we could easily reach main tourist attractions from there (Blue mosque, Topkapi Palace and more).The breakfast was nice, it was enough for me to feel full afterwards. The hotel staff were also very helpful, they always answered our questions. They cleaned our rooms everyday and helped us carry our baggages. They also took care of our luggage even after check-out.

At first they gave us a wrong room, with a one double-bed instead of two single-beds. The room was also much smaller than we expected it to be according to photos. We had to spend the first night in a smaller room, and then they gave us a different room - much bigger and exactly as it was shown on the pictures. (Even though they claimed that all the rooms are of the same size).The cleaning lady took took away our slippers, and they didn’t provide us with more slippers when we asked, which was very weird.Even though the location of the hotel is very close to main tourist sites, it is a bit creepy to walk there at night, especially if you’re a female tourist, so I advice taking a taxi instead.

The location is perfect if you want to walk around the city center, hagia sophia, sultanahmet mosque are reached by walk. The tram station is only 5 mins walk Camberlitas. The are so many restaurant options around the hotel and also supermarket. Staffs are friendly and breakfast is okay to start the day.

There are some broken furniture at our room. Shower a little bit narrow

Bed was very comfortable, clean room, very good location

There was no loby, and every day breakfast was the same. There is smart TV but no connection on WiFi, just turkish TV stations on, there is no international Tv stations.

There are certain malfunctions in the room; noisy ventilation, hanging doors which should be repaired.

Quiet area, location was 10mins walking to grand Bazar, blue mosque, tramway.

Bathroom no light, toilet seat was damaged, I asked to put aleast a bulb, they never do it, last day, they even removed the bath towel, for airport transfer, they ask too much money. If guests staying, they should be helpful. Also no good breakfast. Booking.com shows no pre payment, but before my stay, hotel debit my card 3 nights out of 5.

The ventilation in the bathroom was making weird sounds

It was clean and well located. Furthermore, they made a mistake in my reservation; the room that I booked wasn’t available, so they provided us a small apartment.

There was nothing that I didn’t like. Price and quality was quite balance. The only thing I missed were the typical Turkish sweets for breakfast.
