Very friendly and helpful staff, convenient location that is just 5 kins from Taksim metro station and from Istikal Street.

The staff is very welcoming and friendly. The location of hotel is just right. You are just a few minutes away from the Taksim Square, where you can find the metro station and also it is very well served by the buses that pass near the main road. Being a little away from the main Istiklal Street, you can find local hotels here where locals are having their normal breakfast or lunch or dinner and the prices are much more economic in this zone. The Taksim Square is on the hilltop, so coming from Taksim Square, you might need to take a steep downhill walk, and when going back to Taksim Square, you will need to take an uphill walk. It is just the geographical location of the place, so you should keep it in mind if you have any limitations or a special need where you cannot walk on such streets. the hotel does not have a lift, but the staff is friendly, and if you ask, they can help you with the luggage in both cases, to bring it up and also to bring it down on the ground floor. Our room [4] had TV, Kettle, washing machine, hair dryer and an electric stove as well. [Jan 2026]

Mr Ali was very helpful and welcoming and helped us with anything we wanted. The doors were very safe with several locks which made us feels safe.

I would have brought towels if I had space in my luggage, because the towels are old but clean.

Glavni trg Istanbula, Taksim, je izuzetno blizu kao i najvažnija ulica Istiklal. Takođe, autobuska stanica na svega par minuta od apartmana. Čist i uredan apartman sa ljubaznim osobljem.

Thanks to the director who gave us a free upgrade due to the other guests not checking out on time.Very cleanHelpful and nice staff.Room on the top floor had a great view of the cityCalm area away from the busy Istiklal Street but close enough to walk.Room had a washing machine

It's conveniently located near Taksim square and Istiklal St, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The rooms are quite small and cozy, but it had everything we needed including a small kitchenette, washer, drying rack, safety box, and air conditioning. Ali was very helpful and was always available when we had questions or needed anything.

there are no elevators and the rooms are located up a steep and narrow staircase. The room was also not very soundproof and you can hear the sounds from the streets, but it was usually not a problem.

The only disadvantage was the noise during the weekends.

Probably the quietest you can get in Istanbul. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was large with multiple seating options. Location is near Taksim Square and public transit.

The place is called "sunshine" but there was almost no light because the window is surrounded by walls of other buildings. The place might also be in need of a refresh and deeper cleaning.

It was no elevator and i had a lot of bags but the hotel did the needful to carry it

It is very clean place but a little bit old style. Staff was very kind and very helpful. It is very economic residence for one person stay.

Great location and property. Really good value for money. Ali helpes us a lot, both him and the property manager were incredibly kind and helpful. The place was clean and tidy. The room is well-equipped and has enough to be suitable for cooking. There is not much of a view, but we were spending most of the time out in town anyway.

Very comfortable and cosy rooms with everything you need inside. Beds are super comfortable as well. Cleaning is done when you inform at the reception. Excellent and polite staff. Location is amazing. Neighbourhood has grocery and the bus stop is right outside.

Nice location. The room was warm, all appliances worked normally. Manager Ali and the owner of the hotel were very friendly and always ready to assist. They even lent me an umbrella. Ali speaks English and Russian as well, so I didn't have any problem with communication. Free coffee, tea, sugar and water are provided upon check-in. Great value-for-money.

There was a building next to our window and no external light from outside so the room seemed dark especially during the rainy days.

Very good location,great staff,clean hotel,interesting neighborhood if you want to see the local Istanbul,very warm room with a bathtub and two floors,an equipped kitchen.

I liked the person at the reception, he was very kind. Also, it was very clean and warm in the winter. As a cute gesture they placed some drinking water bottles. The rooms was very clean and had WIFI. For the cost I paid it paid off very well.

The shower feels a little bit old or let's not so fancy.
