It wasn¿t the room I purchased, the room I purchased had a dining area plus soundproof walls which this room had neither. Water formed around the base of the toilet and the spigot at the bathroom sink was detached but it worked.

Great location with great views over the Marina. Very nice staff and a great beer garden !!

No breakfast at the hotel.

The booking had nice facilities, and the personel was nice. They also (of course) have a nice cat.

The asian side is more separated than the european side than initially tought. If you need to convey between them this might not be the best choice for you.

Location was perfect, room was very spacious and had amazing view. .Large bed. Good internet. Airconditioning worked. Clean and quiet surroundings.

Only issue was the occasional smell from the drainage in the building came up through the pipes. Had to turn the bathroom fan to remove the smell.

We didn’t see much of the sea as our room was in front of the trees. Room itself was quite nicely decorated. The location was lovely, just a 10 mins away from Kadikoy area as well as on a walking distance to the Fenerbahce stadium.

The property clearly had plumbing issues. Right after checking in, we realized that every time we used the shower, there was a leak of water in the bathroom, which wasn’t something to ignore. After reporting it to the reception, they told us they’d bring someone to look into it, yet, there was nobody on the next day, when they told us that they wouldn’t be able to find someone soon so we had to stay there as they had no other rooms available.

Great location - there are a lot of restaurants nearby and a nice park as well. Very helpful staff. Rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable.

The locations and the room were okay. The stuff is polite.

The closeness to the school and to the restaurant. The music played until 00. The room was a bit dirty. The door didn't have one of the jambs. The floors have signs of someone walking them on heels.

Beautiful view and great area. Friendly staff and comfy bed.

The air con was a bit iffy and we had a few difficulties with the bathroom (door handle fell off - was mended v quickly- and the water temperature was difficult to get right - it kept changing hot to cold.

Very clean and very well located close to restaurant and bars but far enough from the city and party noise. Also, has direct access to the ocean in -1 floor

Cozy hotel clean and great atmosphere, it's my fourth time there ..also the staff is friendly and helpful they go beyond to make sure that all needs are met.. the location behind the hotel is the moda sahil and park extremely relaxing and happy vibes.. if you are a a cat and dog lovers the area has lots of cute furry friends

From the moment we arrived the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room had fantastic air con, it was spacious, with a comfortable bed and a lovely view overlooking the sea. It was a short 10-15 min walk into the bustling neighbourhood of Moda but this area itself felt quiet and relaxing after a very day. There are also some great little breakfast spots 5 minutes in the other direction. (Brekkie, Joe’s and Top Of the Morn). We couldn’t have asked for a better location to spend our first 3 days in Istanbul.

Space in the room, the shower and the water bottles filled everyday.

The coldness of the staff and the NO-breakfast offer.

Room was really humid , it was hard to sleep because the bed was making noises every move .Bathroom really clean and comfortable.

We've had a very nice stay. The hotel is situated near the seafront and next to a nice park. Plenty of restaurants closeby. A 25 minute walk to the Kadikoy ferry port. 9 minutes walk to the circle tram.The room was very spacious and had enough storage. Especially for a longer stay the seaview room is a good choice. Also a comfortable couch and seat provided a living room feeling.Our room was situated at the 2nd floor. Still had a nice view at the park, sea and island in the distance. The rooms at the 3rd and 4th floor would provide even a better view.The bathroom is spacious with a comfortable rainshower, handschower and feetshower. All you need was there, shampoo, conditioner, soap, bathropes etc.The place was clean and kept clean during the entire stay. Daily tower swap, trash removed and coffee, tea, water etc restocked every day.There is a bar on the lower floor and the garden. The music can be heard in the room, but not very loud or annoying. The room itself is very quiet. No sound from the neighbours. The area also is very quiet in the morning untill 12u. The staff also where friendly and aprroachable when needed. No annoying selling tours or tickets. All in all Riva's Moda i would recommend Riva's Moda.

Only thing I missed is a breakfast option. But there are plenty of possibilities in the area.

Great boutique hotel just at the water front. Comfortable rooms and very quiet. The beer garden in front of the hotel closes at a reasonable time in the evening (before we got home).

The hotel does not serve breakfast, but there are plenty options to have breakfast outside.

The place was clean, quiet, staff is friendly, location is perfectly close to the sea. Sound isolation is good

This is a beautiful hotel, great value, in such a great part of the city. We stayed in one of the larger rooms, and it was lovely! Great views of the sea, and really comfortable bed, couch, everything we wanted. Location in Moda is great - a very short walk form the foreshore and great restaurants and cafes. And great cats. Honestly, we would stay here again without any hesitation.

The hotel doesn't have many shared facilities, but you dont need them in such a good location. Bars, cafes, supermarkets etc all within walking distance.

I love staying here, it’s the second trip here, where I’ve chosen Riva’s Moda to spend 1+ nights, I’ll keep coming back every time I visit, the bed is always super comfortable too!

The ONLY thing that I think needs improving is the shower, it’s great but needs fixing up a little
