Gulhane Garden Hotel

THE LOCATION IS VERY EXCELENT

THE HOTEL HAS NO ELEVATOR AND MY ROOM WAS AT 3RD FLOOR

When we got there the manager was not in the building, we had to wait half an hour so we can get our room, Bed uncomfortable and not clean, there was hair in it :( , the toilet was moldy, the door of the shower was not in order,

Close to the historic center. Close to the garden. Close to the train station. Nice view on the sea and city.

I liked the location which near all the big metro stations although restaurants and shops there are a little bit expensive. I liked the owner who is an honest hardworking man. The room for the money was just perfect. We go out from morning to night and return just to sleep.

Nothing, it all good for me.

Hotel is in a great location for the main sites and train station.Staff were really helpful, gave me a complimentary coffee and carried my suitcase up to the top floor, very kind.

I would like to thank the staff whose taking care of us during our staying at the hotel,The guy his name is Yusuf he is an incredible person and very helper, he is so friendly, whener we ask for something, he will be on time.. No words can describe what we are feeling toward him

Clean neat and cheap

Stuff had no emotions. Just “Hi, Good night” we heard from their mouth. I think they don’t like to have a conversation with guests. I was felt that I am ignored.

Very good location and helpful staff! I would overall recommend and probably stay there again if I was given the opportunity.

The two people room was tiny and even though it wasnt dirty, it could feel cleaner and more fresh. There was an issue with the pos and was very stressful since I was told my card wasnt working, the staff was very nice though and we found a solution.

Geat Location. Nice peopleNice view and very easy to access the most important historic places. You can find great restaurants nearby and enjoy great traditional food.Bazzar is nearby and rom the window you can see Gallata tower.

Narrow stair case

The location is perfect and walking distance to touristic spots. And the road is flat there.. no steep hill to climb. Yusuf was very helpful throughtout our stay.

The price we paid was exaggerated for what we were offered. I paid same price in 3 star hotel in dubai per day and that hotel room was.so class. The bathroom and toilet not spacious at all, the bathroom tiles were full of black mold and whenever your turn the light on in the bathroom there is loud noise for water heater. The door to access the balcony could fall on you and the balcony was so dirty. They did not change the bed cloth at all.during our stay of around 9 nights. My child accidently pour food on the bed in the morning and when we return in the evening, the bed cloth was just turned upside down to hide that food mark. There was a guy in the reception who stays at night.. he is so unfriendly. When we came first night, he did not even greet us and just took our suitcases upstairs. The following nights when my hudband greeted him, he did not even replied. Water bottles were not given by end of trip. We had to buy our own for consumption. Neither tea or coffee would be refilled. Had to ask everyday until we get tired of same. Had to climb upstairs everytime to get to the room( the stairs are so steep and small staitcases). Should be cautious everytime. The bed mattress was so hard and uncomfortable to sleep

Location is just perfect, you'll be able to reach all of the major sights by feet, stuff is also friendly, WiFi is good and fast, view is also exceptional

No elevator

Hotel is on very good location, near to tram station and main attractions. The room was clean with awesome view. We would come back again.

The stuff were great and polite, the room was clean with awesome view. The hotel behind gülhane park directly, nearby to minimarkets and restaurants and train station. I would come back again and recommend this hotel to my friends

You really have to be careful about money and prices.lay on the street where the sellers are always bothering you (come buy and things like that.no matter what price you say, you have to divide by 4 and you shouldn't trust anyone because no matter how nice they are, you take provisions without permission, so always look at the price and discuss it with them again

The location is very good. Within walking distance to Grand bazaar and much more places of interest. Staff was very helpful especially Laith !! Thank you!!

Hotel was in a great location, spotlessly clean, comfy bed. Staff were polite and helpful, best thanks to LAYTH . We were able to check in early in the morning when we arrived, and stored our luggage for the day when we checked-out. We had a lovely stay!
