The hotel is on great Location, very clean and organized. The staffs are very professional!

One of the receptionists was unprofessional and had attitude. Inconsistent and unmentioned gues policy, fake advertisement as the jacuzzi wasn’t functional. Had a spider in my room and a window that opened by itself during a blizzard.Breakfast was mid at best and they gave me two twin beds when i booked for a queen bed. Overall not worth it and would not book again

Staff was very friendly and helpful to the best of their ability. Location was optimal to explore main sights like the Galata Tower or take a taxi to places like the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Basilica Cistern, Topkapi and Dolmabache Palaces.

Stayed in a room for 3 people that seemed like it was a converted open space not originally meant to be a room. The WiFi wasn't working in our room presumably because it was too far from the middle of the building. The TV didn't work likely because of the WiFi issue. Importantly, the fitness center and spa were closed for 20 days for renovations, making the cost for the stay not worth it. Breakfast was decent, however it lacked healthier options, and food was not labeled. Technology (AC/heating) was old as there was no way to control temperature other than an off/on control. Luggage storage was safe but there was no designated space; our luggage was labeled but was left in the lobby until we came to pick it up prior to check-in.

The location is perfect and the staff are pretty decent and friendly.

I stayed there before but this time I was disappointed with how the hotel looks now. The lighting is terrible and uninviting (White bulbs everywhere). Rooms got smaller! and there was no bellman to help with the bags. Breakfast was very cheap no options or proper quantities.

You could not pay me to return to this property after the negligence I experienced during my stay. From the moment I arrived, it was one issue after another. I was bitten by mosquitoes so severely that I developed large welts lasting for days. When I reported this to the front desk, absolutely nothing was done for the entire duration of my stay—until the final night, when someone claiming to be a manager finally showed up.Our first room had a completely non-functional AC unit, and there were no toiletries provided. When we were moved to another room, we realized just how much had been overlooked—basic cleanliness, upkeep, and comfort were all absent. I chose this hotel specifically because it advertised an on-site gym and spa, only to find out upon arrival that both were under construction and unusable.To make matters worse, on our last night we discovered a massive cockroach in our room. We immediately sent photos to the staff, and not a single person showed empathy or took responsibility for the situation.This stay cost me money, time, peace of mind, and quite literally my health. I expect proper compensation for the unacceptable conditions and complete lack of care demonstrated throughout my stay.

The mattress could have been a bit more comfortable. The room wasn’t very well soundproofed, so the street noise could be heard.

The location was great, very close to a huge shopping street and well connected. The staff is nice and dedicated.

There was a fire in the hotel and our stay got cut short. We got relocated to another hotel for a night but then had to move to another one. Still waiting for the hotel to contact me about a reimbursement.

I’ve stayed at Miapera multiple times and always been satisfied with the level of their service. It’s one of few hotels in Istanbul that is not located next to night club or very busy street so you can actually sleep at night. Breakfast was perfect, it definitely improved lately. I highly recommend Miapera.

The location was really good, the staff super helpful Omar and Yasir and the rest of the team, breakfast was really good and everyone was welcoming.

The bed was just 2 beds pushed into 1 which was not super comfortable but overall it's fine.

This Hotel is very good with very kind gentle staff especially Mr Majid working at reception always available to assist.I am very much thankful to him and the entire management and all the staff to make stay very comfortable.
