The room was very nice and specious

The underground garage was very tight and hard to enter and exit

I had very bad experience,not enough hot water in shower,hamam spa cold all the time. Ask for $100 deposit but they make excuse sheet get dirty ,take money from deposit becarefull for thos scammers

The bath so old, too expensive for service not worth the money

It¿s not worth the money at all I stayed at other hotels much better and cheaper

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bed was very comfortable and the amenities were excellent.•Spacious room with a great view. Everything was perfectly arranged and spotless.

Property was clean. Good location. Very accommodating staff. Starting with a front desk, bell boy, cleaning crew and the waiters. Service with a smile.

Clean and modern property and rooms. Location is convenient for travel.

Would have preferred to have more water in the room. Minibar empty too.

Good location for business trip. Very helpful, attentive, and friendly staff ? Good breakfast buffet and good sized rooms

The feel and look of the hotel is a little outdated, and the room I got last time definitely used to be a smoking room

Superb

Everything was really nice with the hotel except that there was the smell of cigarette smoke coming out from the ac vents or other vents in our room. This was a problem which was reported to the reception but they couldn’t do much to fix this apart from opening up the windows (it was locked) or offering to help with room fresheners.Apart from this, it is a great place to stay! I recommend it.

I had amazing time in this hotel. It was so so good I have no words to describe. Cleanliness, rooms, bathroom. Most amazing thing was the staff specially Taylan such a gentleman with manners. Cant wait to go again this month. Love it.

When entering we were welcomed with lovely staff Sakir and Tolga who were so helpful checking in and throughout the stay, so when entering the restaurant Ethan couldn’t of been more helpful and considerate about are food brilliant customer service, also had a problem with losing my headphones and Furkan was understanding and was able to direct me to my lost property, lovely hotel would definitely book again, staff 10/10.

We had a super pleasant stay. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. This place was also a tactical choise due to it’s location close to the best shopping mall Zorlu Center. Hilton hotel’s beds always guarantee good night sleep. ?? Gym was also super good with up to date equipment!

I have zero complaints.

I love This Hotel as it’s very friendly and helpful with all the professional staff in it. I love the view and it’s provided smoking room too.

I don’t have anything that I don’t like in this hotel.
