Wow Istanbul Hotel

X

When I checked in I said I had an early flight and if they had a shuttle. Was told no but had a taxi stand just outside. I guess its to much for the front desk to assess that I was confused. Almost missed my flight and had to pay a big taxi fee. Too ba

clean, nice, comfortable hotel close to the airport and Metro station.

Stayed there only for one night, couldn't have breakfast because its served at 6:30 am and I had to leave for the airport :(

The love cation is perfect and close to IST airport. Breakfast varies are great, Friendly staff. Very clean and elegant hotel. You can't beat the price.

I had to leave at 5 am and missed the great breakfast which is served at 6:30-10:30

It was very close to the airport. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and the bed comfortable.

It's a little confusing that there are two Wow bottoms next to each other and it is not easy to tell which one we had booked.

Location very convienant. Staff was very friendly. Room was terrific. Best. Of all was the AMAZING BREAKFAST.

Upon arrival did not find any information at airport about hotel. Found it difficult on how to get where I needed to go. Took the Metro & walked a bit to the hotel not an easy joint. Perhaps something to advise arriving customers about the free shuttle.

Personal are very friendly and the relation manager mr. Erdal expertly managed our big group during peak season and we want extend our rooms in weekend he can manage everything very well.

clean and big room, big swiming pool, good restaurant enviroment

If can deliver 2 bottle of water would be better. I have water shortage problem every day

Close to Expo centerClean Staff very helpful

Far from Istanbul center

Close to Expo Center Clean Breakfast is good and has many options Close to Metro

Far from Istanbul Center even by metro

Lication adjacent to exhibition place

They make mistake in cost of accomodation and ask for the rest at check out timeWhen we make reservation they said pay at time of arrival but they took money from visaIam worry if they return them or notSo please contact them

The air conditioner was not working, and when I reported the issue to reception, the staff responded rudely. I would not recommend this hotel. Additionally, the breakfast, priced at 40 euros, was not worth even 10 euros in terms of quality and value.

Location and facilities. Nice bar with good restaurant. Nice breakfast.

High temperature in room. Not able to cool with airconditioning. Shower in bath. Water temperature instable.

close to the exhibition

Bathroom ancient style and very worn furniture, hot water supplied in shocks with cold water, dogs at the entrance that scare you

The location to the exhibition is perfect a nice safe 5 min walk. The food was very good. The staff are professional and helpful.

Unfortunately not a 5 star hotel. Very noisy! Avoid rooms on the track side. A train passes very often. No sound proofing so bring ear plugs.

Breakfast is good and hotel has both smoking & non-smoking option. Also hotel is close to the istanbul fair & metro rail is very close too, istanbul trade center is at walking distance.

It would be better if they have airport shuttle service as the hotel is very far from both Istabul airport & sabiha airport. Otherwise everything is good.

The hotel is a walking distance to the exhibition center and that is great. In front of the hotel there is a very good restaurant. The breakfast is very good with a wide range of products (including a lot of green healthy things). Egg omletts are cooked on demand - great!

Internet connection in the hotel is very, very poor. There are not enough electrical sockets especially close to the bed (XXI century: mobile phone, watch, notebook, airpods, etc. - everything must be fully charged during the night)There are no any USB sockets available in this business 5-star hotel. The water tap in the show is funny - after setting the water temperature, the temperature varies up and down (OK warm for 6 seconds, too cold 6 second, warm again...) - hotel should install thermostatic valves!I had three times problems with the key card (twice in the room and once in the elevator). Each time it was quickly resolved by the reception, but anyway I had to walk three times down to the lobby.

I had to convince reception that I need an iron, and they were rejecting my request at the beginning. A toilet was moving on the bathroom wall.

Clean and good location

The air conditioner in our room wasn't working, we were sweating all night, they didn't fix the problem and they did not offer to change our roomAlso their breakfast is mediocre and expensive

i only liked that it was walking distance from Istanbul Expo centre.the breakfast was good.

the room was in a smokers are ,,, and i'm not a smokerthe room is dirtythe air is not freshthe tea kettle was very dirtythe lightening is not comfortablethe bathroom was not very clean ,,, and the water sometimes is brownthere is no enough tissues or soaps

The staff is partially friendly, they speak English.

The room was dirty. The toilet was stained with yellow, that is, it was not washed at all after the last guest.. There were only 1 slippers... The hotel administration does not respond at all to the messages addressed from this site, we submitted a request for early check-in, but no one answered us. "Do not disturb" information means nothing to them.
