The breakfast was very nice with a good selection of different food. The water pressure in the shower was great & very hot! The bed was comfortable. The location is good. We have stayed here before & stayed again this time because it was familiar to us.

The room was a bit stuffy, so a fan would be nice. Parking can be difficult for pick up & drop off.

Room were slightly shorter then my expectation However suitable for couples with family it might be slightly challenging due to space

Very good location and walking distance to the most important tourist sites. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent with various options. Very clean and tidy. Unfortunately we spent most of time out and didn’t use the sauna and pool. Definitely will recommend!

The rooms were too small. Only one small elevator. Low water pressure in the bathroom. Water in the small pool was way too cold

Close to all amenities. The location was excellent.

Closet in room was a little uncomfortable because it was to close to the bed and it wasn’t easy to open.

Perfect location right in the middle of the old city. Walkable everywhere.

Very slow or not working wifi. The keys to the rooms didn’t always work.

Amazing location. Rooms were small but that’s not a problem for us when we’re out of the room most of the day! Great breakfast.

The single bed was not a si gle bed as it was writen when i reserved , insted it was a folded bed with thin mattress that you pay when you want extra bed.

location is very nearest to all the shopping market.breakfast super normal and not wow.

We loved the location and clean and comfortable rooms. Lovely staff especially Khedeja who helped us with local trips. Felt like a home from home.

The staff was amazing. All persons at reception were very friendly and they helped us a lot with several things (booking taxi, renting a wheelchair).

The room is so small and the swimming pool had to much chlorine in it oh and the wifi did not connect to my laptop and it didnt just happen to me not even my daughters phone was hard to connect to the wifi

In the center of oldtown to all facilities approx 10min walk only.The water in pool was really warm and after walking whole day it was a good place to rest.Rooms were clean.

Finnish sauna sitting area was dangerous, hopefully they will fix it.

Centrally located close very close to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia in Istanbul. Also transport was accessible to other parts of iIstanbul so i would say a good place but is very busy in Sultanameht. Staff here were very nice and helped out with local knowledge and anything we needed. Even the porters and cleaners were happy to be of assistance.They were polite and helped make our stay more comfortable. Mohamed Ali, Hatiçe and another senior staff member were a pleasure and nothing was too hard for them. It was a really nice stay for us with it being a first trip to Istanbul.They offerred a variety of breakfast in the morning to suit all tastes which i was pleasantly surprised about. They had a very small gym, spa facilities and pool if thats what one wanted to use but with the whole day out exploring hadnt really used those facilities. I was pleasantly surprised about our hotel and greatly appreciated the hard work of staff here to make our stay comfortable.

Only thing was that the decor in the rooms was a little dated but everything was in good working order. And it came equipped with hairdyer, mini bar, tea and coffee.We asked for a room to sleep 3 and were offered a double with a single option or 3 single beds. We chose 3 single beds, my son said the bed he slept on was more of an occasional use bed which he found uncomfortable for 7days. This was our only complaint but it seems to be a standard in Turkey to offer a double and a single bed to sleep 3 which we didnt know about. Otherwise everything else was great. I chose this hotel for the location than the decor which was spot on.

Great location,close to tram station.Grand Bazaar and other atraction such as Hagia Sophia,Topkapi Saray within walking distance.You can use spa-saunas and warm small pool at no extra charge.Friendly and helpful staff,clean rooms with water heating ...we are happy to return every year

Great location for walking to local sites. Staff was very cheerful and helpful (Hatice at the front desk always had a smile and good advice!).

There was dead cockroach in the room that hadn’t been cleaned up and was not cleaned during our stay. Hair from the previous occupants was still in the bath. The gym was tiny no one available able to show you how to operate the steam or sauna and Hammam. English ability of staff limited
