Navoris Hotel

The location of the hotel is excellent, the breakfast was good, the host was the best, very personable and helpful.

The hotel advertised 30 euros transfer to the airport but when I inquired about this transfer, the receptionist said the transfer was 60 euros somehow.

Overall this hotel met my expectations. Nice breakfast.

There was a strange smell in the room, I don't believe it was accidental since my parents' room had the same smell (three rooms apart).

Navoris Hotel was an absolutely wonderful place to stay. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, it truly felt like being surrounded by family. Everyone was attentive, kind, and always ready to help, especially UTKU. The room was clean and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt calm and pleasant. Breakfast was decent The location is simply perfect! extremely convenient for getting around the city, with major attractions nearby like Hagia Sophia and easy access to transportation. Overall, We Highly recommend Navoris Hotel.

Navoris hotel was amazing and I would absolutely stay here again when I return to Istanbul. The staff were all very attentive and kind. I never felt like there was a problem that they wouldn't be eager to fix for me. The room was equally great with a clean bathroom and very nice view out the window. The location was also unbeatable with the Topkapi palace just around the corner, the trams stop next door, and good food spots all around. Overall, my stay at the Navoris hotel was amazing, and allowed me to travel around Istanbul without any worries!

The only aspect that was unfortunate was that the breakfast bar was undergoing renovation at the time of my stay, so I was not able to take advantage of that aspect; however, instead they provided free breakfast through a restaurant down the street, which more than made up for the shortcoming!

The stuff was so friendly and the location of the hotel was super good and very close to the metro station I would definitely come back to this place

Great location, excellent breakfast. The bed was comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Worn-out furniture.The air conditioning cannot be adjusted from the room, but you have to call the reception to adjust the temperature and turn it on and off.The receptionist who worked the night shift only knows Turkish and it is very difficult to communicate with him.

The staff is very friendly, from the reception -> terrace. Very welcoming.

The facilities, shower head was not working and some other stuff I will not mention. So please renovate some small things like that one.

Breakfast was good, worth getting as it had some lovely choices and a good view from the roof top. Hotel was also very centrally located in the historic/touristy area of Istanbul. Easy access to the tram which was located right outside the hotel.

Room was smaller than it appeared on the photos. Bathroom was not great, the lights were fiddly and would often flash like a strobe or not turn on at all. Shower door did not close/seal very well so the floor ended up wet and the silicone in the shower was a bit mouldy. Bed was relatively comfortable, but made with bare minimum linens. Only one pillow provided for each person and they were kind of flat, no top sheet and only a thin blanket provided on the bed.

All words of praise for the hotel. We are most grateful to Utku for everything he has done for us. Souvenirs are very acceptable and of great quality. Food, rooms and service z 10. The best location in the whole city.

Very very noisy !! We couldn’t sleep until 1 in the night…The room very small and the air conditioning was not working so we had to get the windows open and in the main road it was train station … till 12-1 in the night

I recently stayed at this hotel, and while it has some positives, there are several areas that need serious improvement. The location is fantastic, very central and close to key attractions, making it easy to explore the city. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the check-in process smooth and pleasant.

However, the rooms are extremely small, leaving little space to move around, and the noise level was a significant issue. I could hear full conversations from the adjacent rooms. The hotel is clearly in need of renovation as well, with uncomfortable beds that have old, hard mattresses in desperate need of replacement. The blankets were also quite uncomfortable, even the bathroom towels were softer.Breakfast was disappointing, with no bread or yogurt available, and I had to ask for milk at the bar just to have it with my cornflakes. Cleanliness was another major letdown; I found several hairs in the bathroom and on the bed from previous guests, which really affected the overall experience.

Airconditioning didn't work until the last day of our stay, it was noisy and busy with having to have the window open. Also needed a lot of repairs. Carpet in the halls was dirty and the hallways smelled There was a terrible odor in the bathroom...... Breakfast was from 8:00am but couldn't get tea or coffee until 8:30am, pretty poor breakfast.

It’s in a central location. Can be noisy at times with the trams running outside.

The air conditioning didn’t work. The breakfast opens only at 8.30 which can be late if you’re planning a tour. The bed linen is old and insufficient.

It has a great location, the employees are very humble, thank you very much especially to Mr. Utku, she helped us a lot in everything.

Thank you to Mr. Utku for this wonderful stay. The hotel has a great location, museums and Eminönü are within walking distance to everywhere.

The staff (reception desk, housekeeping, breakfast) was amazing, really careful. The location was awesome, it's the main selling factor I think. Just in front of gülhane park, Aya Sophia and sultan Ahmet cami. The marmaray is just near by so you can go to Üsküdar (asian side) within a few minutes underground. The tram is also near by, which allows you to go wherever you want easily. The port is a 10-minute walk away. I also liked the view during breakfast, and everyday, the menu changed. Laundry is available so it's good (chargeable service though). They changed towels everyday and they can change the sheets if you ask. Beds are comfy.

On the whole the stay was good, we'll recommend the property, but here are some points we didn't like. I feedback you so you can improve your service in the future.First, the bed room was really small, couldn't even pray, we had no place to store our clothes. There was no chairs, no drawers, we just had a little closet for two persons, with some hangers but no shelves inside. We had to keep everything in our suitcases.Normally, we don't have to ask for water everyday at the reception desk. In other hotels, water is provided directly in the room, everyday by the housekeeper.The fridge was also a little bit dirty, the floor and dust cleaning could have been better, I mean sometimes it was a little bit botched and done so quickly. The garbage can wasn't changed everyday. But one more time, I know the staff did their best and the service was good on the whole.
