Great location and very spacious with a balcony overlooking the water. This hotel was in walking distance to almost everything! I would highly recommend!

It was not overly close to a metro stop, but as all the attractions were fairly close, walking was not an issue for us. Also, there was no elevator, which could be an issue for some travelers, but it didn’t bother us.

The hotel room was exceptionally clean with all of the amenities I could have ever needed. I especially love the view of Istanbul from the rooftop terrace.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was welcomed with an apple tea. My room was beautiful and comfortable. Neighborhood cats visited my balcony. The hotel was close to the coolest historical attractions without being in a super touristy area.

It was a little difficult to find. Fortunately, locals were helpful with giving directions. One shopkeeper gave me a map.

I really enjoyed my stay at Royal Suites Sultanahmet, the area was very quite at night and still very central, I walked everywhere I needed without any trouble, the tram station is 5 min away too in case you need to take it. Lots of good local cafes around. The hotel is very cute, I liked the authenticity of the place, it felt cozy. The air conditioner worked perfectly during the night and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and welcoming too, highly recommend this place!

The bed had an unpleasant odor, the mattress was worn out, and several pieces of furniture were damaged.

Very good location , 10 min from the Blue Mosque and the rest sites. Comfortable bed, bathroom and balcony. All kitchen facilities are . There are little park, and a lot of restaurants and supermarkets around.

Cool ladder up, very small room. Quite worn up shower zone. Absence of the microwave.

The location was fantastic! I loved being surrounded by so many great restaurants and the cute, walkable streets. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.

The cleanliness could have been improved. Also, I could clearly hear the party happening in the room below, which was a bit disruptive.

We had a good stay at this hotel. The location was perfect—very central and within easy reach of all the main attractions. Having two parks right on either side of the hotel was a big bonus, especially for keeping the kids entertained. Our room came with a mini kitchenette, which was handy for making our own breakfasts and basic utensils provided. There were also plenty of mini supermarkets, convenience stores, and eateries nearby. A nice lady cleaned our room every day—we really appreciated her efforts. Overall, it was well worth the price and the staff were very friendly.

The hosts were very cooperative and helpful. They also give valuable local information which helped me as a solo traveler.

I was going to give 9 rating but I had to give it 10 just because of the Hakan bro he's an amazing person will help you with everything and anything and you won't regret your stay and area is great for family nearby everything you can get and amazing English and again great owner Hakan and I have 2 kids one 6 year old and 1 is 1 year old so believe me for family it's the best

The house cleaning lady was touching all my stuff. She even took some very dirty money and placed them on top of a plastic bag where my toothbrush was. The manager “exudes” it and after he told another lady that I, as an European, was not used to this kind of nice behavior from the staff.I arrived at 5 pm. went out immediately and came back around 10 pm. Slept and woke up and left again.How much cleaning is then necessary .She arranged my stuff just to be kind, he said.?The restaurant right in front of the hotel played very loud music and the staff was standing outside and talking ? very loudly. This didn’t end before midnight.The hotel had a deal with the restaurant to give the guests 10% but the meal was still not worth it.The baddest and most un tasteful meal ever in Turkey which I’m not used to at all.

acsess to all around , museum , to sea , market , cafes , restourants within walking distance of hotel , i have been here before and still coming back same , Hakan obe is nice and kind man to help all time with clean and warm welcome

It was in a beautiful neighbourhood, and with a supermarket, coffee places and food in a short distance.

The heat was too high. Also, even though it is at the center of the historical town, is difficult to get a tram or bus, because you have to walk all over the hills of the neighbourhood. (We where there in winter time with cold and rain. )

Excellent location, clean hotel and very friendly and helpful staff. Very good / friendly restaurant across the road, where we had most of our meals.

The street was a little bit noisy at night, but that was easily solved with earplugs.

Location is good. Walking distance to all the major historic attraction. Good food and amenities available till late at night. Staff is very helpful.

Condition of the property was not as we expected as it was rated fairly high on Booking.com. First impression of the property is not very good. When we entered the room a not so good smell welcomed us. No cross ventilation, broken cabinets, moldy shower cubical. The toilet roof leaked when it rained and we could not use the facility with out our clothes getting wet. They also do not offer airport transfer. We thought that airport transfer was included as per Booking.com but we were told on the day of arrival that its not included. Make sure to clarify any queries before the end of free cancelation period. Things like airport transfers etc.
