We arrived early and were granted access to rooms right away. After a long travel, early check in was very appreciated. Staff provide excellent customer service and location is excellent.

Rooms and very small and bathroom is very tight.

Room air condition did not work. Service didn’t picked up trash when they came to clean/ make beds, and bed sheet had a stain.

At around 1 am the first night there was a sound of something being fixed somewhere in the next room, that sound woke me up. It was heard 4 times.Housekeeper of the 14th floor was knocking on doors at 8 am to clean the rooms!! And when we told him that we’re still sleeping he started talking and nagging as if we were making him late.

Location is amazing, hotel staff was very helpful and welcoming…the house keeping lady (Punar) was very sweet and kind..all the staff were extraordinary

Had an issue with my booking , had a double booking and got to pay for a night extra.

Good location and rooftop

Staff was looking at us at all times like we were doing something wrong. Some very rude staff members, specially at the rooftop entrance. They put us in a very bad view room

Rooms very small especially washrooms very congested. Hotel building seems a bit old.

I like the location very much and each time I come to Istanbul I stay in this hotel. The rooms view to the city and the sea both are amazing.Very enjoyable breakfast is available.

The only issue I had this time that there is a person in the reception who is not as friendly and supportive as a receptionist should be in a tourist city. I think his name is Yasin. I asked him to help me for a location I had to see a bank with a baby in my arm and he let me know that if I take a taxi from him, he knows the address otherwise NO IDEA ABOUT THE LOCATION. Anyway I managed it by myself through internet but it was a very disgusting behavior just for a few Lira more.

Location. The lobby staff always very helpful and pleasant.

No complaints of hotel. Be aware IST taxi does not shortchange you. Suggest paying by credit card despite surcharge.

Breakfast was ok and the location.

We HD a terrible problema with our room and they did not give us a solution. Since the beginning the bathroom smell was awful and it got into the room. They did not solve it neither change us to another room. The staff was disrespectful and not helpful

The view from the room was breathtaking and most of the staff very friendly.Breakfast complete and fresh. Loved their pastry selection.Location as well was excellent, close to multiple sightseeing and with easy connection to taxis and public transport.

The room didn't have enough plugs and all were far from the mirrors. There was one in the toilet but wasn't strong enough for my hair tools.For women might be a little bit of a struggle but nothing major.Also, the room was a bit dusty in some areas.

The view and the room size and bed was comfortable.

It was too warm and the air conditioning/heating wasnt working proparely.

Good location. Good views. Staff service was uneven, with the exception of the reservations team. They were great.

Hotel is not top notch. A bit old. Gets loud on weekends/holidays. No fitness center. It’s just a small crammed room with some basic cardio machines and dumbbells.

Loved staying at this hotel - it is welcoming , clean and perfectly located. I will certainly return to stay here when I visit Istanbul next

Right in the middle of everything and yet felt quiet and safe.

Not a cheap place to stay but met all our needs.

The staff was amazing. I kindly asked them for a room with a good view and they gave me an amazing room. I could not imagine a better one.

The view was amazing and it was in a very good location. also the staff was very nice to us.

Great location for visiting all the sites, shops and restaurants. Lovely breakfast and lunch (delicious) plus dinner also available. Nice lounge area. Comfortable room although on the small side. Very clean and beautiful view of the city/Bosphorus

We visited in March when temperatures were similar to the UK. Therefore the heating was on (throughout the hotel) and the air conditioning unavailable. Our room was far too hot even with the heating off, an additional fan on and the window open. Managed to sleep under a sheet only. The temperature was fine in the rest of the hotel but the rooms seem exceptionally hot
