location

wonderful Hospitality special from the front desk Mr. Murad. and the other team as well.

need to add some varieties in the breakfast meal

Excellent Location - 5 minutes to Sishane Metro and Istiklal Street. Room was cleaned everyday and all amenities (water, tea/coffee sachets, towels, toiletries) were provided and replenished daily. The beds were comfortable and family room is extremely spacious. Free sauna for hotel guests. All reception staff are very helpful.

Lighting not adequate for a very large suite and not enough natural light, The lifts are tiny - can fit 2 people comfortably; more than that is very tight.

Location it’s very close to the street istikal- you have night vibe

Breakfast very limited , I had to wait for the one hour to check in -

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Istanbul. The location is excellent—very close to public transportation, Istiklal Street, and Taksim Square. The room was comfortable, and the view over the Golden Horn was absolutely stunning. Housekeeping serviced the room daily with fresh towels. Breakfast was delicious and well-prepared. The hotel staff were friendly and professional, and a special thanks goes to Mr. Murat for his assistance and kindness.

Very central location, near M2 metro line, Taxim and Galata tower.Staff was amazing, very polite, specially Mr Ruhullah and mr Murat from reception. View from the room is fantastic.Recomendation.

Location is perfect , Breakfast is very good, Dinner was very good staff was amazing, Comfortable bed ,

Cleaning , Old rooms , untidy Curtains ,very old furniture, very slow room service respond you should call many times to get your request, Tv was not working along all our stay, and when it worked last day it only has news channels, Baggage service is cery poor at the hotel , i wanted to extend my stay for three nights and i gave a notice two days earlier, customer service for two days there respond tonme was that ;oops i forgot;and i had to go look for another hotel bec they told me no rooms available, , staff needs to be trained well , Rooms furniture and curtains should be reconsidered, I wouldnt like to stay there again ,

Location and kindness of the staff(Sina)

The room was disappointing, not like how the pictures were on booking, we felt very deceived, the breakfast was awful. The bed was very uncomfortable, everything looked super used in a bad way.

This was my second visit to the hotel and it was once again a great experience. The staff are very helpful, especially Sina. They recently added a coffee corner in the reception where you can enjoy free drinks all day, which is a lovely touch. The location is perfect just a few minutes’ walk from Istiklal Street, Galata Tower, and all means of transportation.

The staff is very nice and helpful especially reception team Ruhullah and Sina

Very nice staf , and very clean hotelThe location is exellent. near Galata tower and istiklal street.

I'like all things in pera rose.

The area was very nice, and the staff were friendly, especially Mr. Sina, who was very helpful and guided us throughout our stay. His hospitality made our experience even better. We truly enjoyed our time there!
