Taksim Metropark Hotel

Polite and helpful staff.

our room was on street side and Noise level at night is high if room is on street side.

Great location.

The hotel tricked us with water in the fridge that seems like its complementary but then charged us before we left. Was a dissapointment and not a good way to end the trip. The hotel rooms is super old and needs a revamp. Breakfast options is very limited

Hotel was good. Staff was helpful. Not the newest hotel but good enough if you want to be in Taksim square. Free wifi and free breakfast. The bathrooms are a bit small and ourdated.

Parking is not included. Its through a separate building under the hotel. Breakfast was included, but its not the greatest one out there. I¿d recommend save your money and eat at the Mcdonalds downstairs or at the many restaurants on Taksim.

Their parking garage is attached to the Hotel and it was priced reasonably (60 lira per 24 hours).

The rooms are clean but they looked old. I think the hotel could use a renovation.

The only one good thing about this hotel is the location and that is all

The room is aweful. I did not expect to see this kond of room. Small, like a cell, crappy view and very poor conditions.also very cold room. Heater didn't work.

Got early check-in and a room upgrade! Great staff and perfect location to M2 and F1 platforms

Location is the only advantage; the metro is 100mtrs away from the property it takes 3 minutes to reach the metro, All the happening places are quite very close, there are several restaurants and supermarket in the vicinity, but the prices could be high due to tourist area, everything is available and every time it is available.

Breakfast was very bad, the property needs to replace the chef.

Everything was clean, perfect location and the staff was super helpful and friendly

There was a lot of noise, and I couldn’t sleep. Every sound or movement from the adjacent or upper rooms was clearly audible and loud

Rooms are nice and comfy. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast to start the day. One thing for sure, location is the best, close to everything.

Hotel staff attitude was extremely disrespectful. Restroom light was not working, when I informed them they said use this as is (without light), we don’t have anyone to fix this. They had objection on our 4 luggage bags for a two bed room though it’s standard luggage for USA flight. When I said we need to talk with booking.com they said we don’t case them and you can leave hotel if you are not comfortable.Hotel is very old and not well maintained.Breakfast was extremely poor quality.

Location and good staff

Some important maintenance to the electricity one day no light in bathroom one day no electricity in the room to charge the phones they solved the problems on spot and thank you for the management Also the breakfast is poor

4 nights with just 1 bottle of water and the ice is with price I don’t know why.

House keeping was good

They don’t give you Iron in the room I give almost 6€ to IRON for my 1 shirt and Paint, Leo the whole Saturday night you hear music from the windows as the windows are not sound proof.

A wonderful place with a comfortable and convenient location. The breakfast was excellent, and the rooms were very clean and well-appointed.
