Location is great. Breakfast is fine.

The room was not initially cleaned.

The hotel is well located very accessible to tram , metro marmaray and ferry! Also you can walk to the sights and attractions comfortably . Stuff are very respectful and professional and they speak English

Gorgeous and clean. I had to catch an early plane the after my stay and they offered to have a sandwich waiting for me for breakfast. I loved every minute I was there and would stay again in a heartbeat.

Don’t buy SIM card from the hotel. Beautiful hotel, but untrustworthy staff.We bought SIM cards from them twice, and both times the data disappeared suspiciously fast. Their explanation was unprofessional and even disrespectful. One of the staff members made a gesture implying that we ‘didn’t close our apps,’ as if we were unaware or inexperienced. We then bought another 25GB SIM card, and it also finished within three days. After arguing, they suddenly said there was a “network problem” and that we actually had 17GB remaining. How convenient.Overall, the hotel is nice, but the staff’s behavior and the way they handled the situation made it impossible to trust them. I hope management takes this seriously.

All we liked & breakfast more options but all were good

It was very noisy and we asked for changing room but all of them are the same!!

Our room for three guests was on the 6th floor and had a convenient access to the rooftop which had a pool and from which it was possible to see almost all the possible attractions. The room itself was clean and nice. Breakfast was good with a great choice.

For a room with three beds it would be great if it was a bit more spacious.

Great location (next to tram station, Marmara and ferry station, next to Bosphorus, next to Sultanahmet area and end of Grand Bazaar), breakfast was good, staff was nice, really nice view from the terrace

Lack of sound insulation

It's location. Easy access to other places and it's kinda quiet at night. Also the dinner as part of my stay package which was excellent.

That the roof Resturant wasn't in working condition

All the receptionists were very polite and helpful can't remember their names but one, Horizon, and the guest relations guy was very nice, Sahin or something like that. Loved the choice of cheese for breakfast

Breakfast should be a little bit different; It was almost the same every day

The photos on the website are outdated. The pools were empty, and there was no staff available for service on the rooftop. There was only one umbrella by the pool, and it was torn. Our room was given to us late, and the staff wasn’t friendly. The room and the sheets were dirty and stained. On top of that, there was construction right across from our room, which caused a lot of noise and allowed people to see directly into our room.

We were cheated with smaller rooms.

We booked rooms in various sizes but were given the same size small rooms with low ceiling and rotten floor. Try to avoid three-bed rooms because they simply gave us small double rooms stuffed with a third bed.

Liked the location, only 2-3 minutes away from tramway station, and about 5-10 minutes from hagia sophia/topkapi palace, the staff was friendly and helpful, rooms were cleaned everyday, the food was great

Great location. Normal breakfast, everything was delicious but lacked variety. Comfortable bed. I'm not completely satisfied with the cleanliness of the rooms. Also very good staff.The view from the terrace was a bonus.

The pool was very dirty, not filtered and had hair, etc., both indoor and outdoor.

Only the location was good

The first thing the cleaness wasn't good and bad service and stuff,if you went don't pay for the breakfast it was horrible and the same food for everyday.The comfort was bad like in the middle of the day I went back to hotel ,to take rest there wasn't water for the whole building for shower nor the bathroom, drinking water was by money even one small water bottle.
