Arena Hotel - Special Class

The location was the best. The old city center was within walking distance.

The bathroom was a bit cramp. The toilet seat was in very awkward position - cannot sit comfortably.

The location of the hotel was very centric, well connected for the public transport and tourist places.

The variety of breakfast options was a little bit limited.

Great location for all the old city sites

Room was quite small, nowhere to put your luggage. Would be too small of a room for two people

Good room service. Good breakfast. Good Staff.

The room was too small and old in the basement!

Location as well as the excellent staff.

Nothing. A great place with great staff.

Beautiful outside

Lights in bathroom and tv don’t work, breakfast not good

good breakfast but without coffee, only instant coffeegood location, in the center of town

no coffee, only instant coffeeroom in the basement, window to a wall, without specification before payment on bookingchange of the room implied important price

The breakfast was great and the location was good too very close to attractions. But not as good as shown in the pictures

Comfy little place very centrally located. Wish we discovered the street down the hill earlier in our stay. The hotel was full of guests from all over so it was interesting to hear all the different languages being spoken.

The breakfast could have had a little more variety. Or at least change it up each day.

Location.

There was a motion sensor light outside the balcony that the cats kept turning on during the night. The curtains do not fully block the light from coming in.

The location only

Smells like cigarettes all over, furniture not comfortable at all, the room was not cleaned in 4 days, we had to ask for towels and even WC paper because the didn’t replenish

Staff is very helpful and informative, especially staff name ULUJ whom like drawing. He speaks English well.

You need to walk up or recline to go to the blue mosque and topkapi area

Very well located and kind staff. Good breakfast.

The AC in my room caused terrible noise. The coffee provided in the breakfast is very low quality. In general, this does not look like a 4 star hotel. I have stayed in 3 and 4 star hotels in Turkiye and they are way nicer.

Everything was truly perfect — far beyond our expectations. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and thoroughly professional. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. We wholeheartedly recommend this place.

We Like everything

TheLocation is amazing near to everything no need taxi or anything to access all the tourist spot by walk or by tramStaff is very support espicalliy Mr.Suat and breakfast is very nice

Nothing!

Location is very centric. Staff was nice and the room was cleaned every day. Breakfast is decent. Quiet outside at night. Recommend!

I requested a double bed, but got 2 single beds joined together, which is not very comfy. Also, the noise isolation is quite poor.

We got a suite which was spacious and comfortable with all amenities that we needed. The staff were very helpful with very good English. The location is quite good too and has got it's unique charm. The Blue Mosque is a 5 minute walk.

The hotel was on a steep hill which may not suit everyone.

The property is a few minutes walk from the Blue Mosque and stays in a quiet street nearby. The room was comfortable and the staff very helpful too. It’s a good and central place to stay in Istanbul.

Comfortable lobby, room and bed. Hamam on site. Great staff

This hotel stands out because of the helpful ness of their staff. One member served us tea and sat down and chatted with us about Turkey and Istanbul. They carried our luggage to our room. When we left the hotel another staff member carried our luggae a few blocks to another hotel. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet with many items.
