Hotel is in perfect location. You can walk around everywhere from here.

Only thing that our room lack was the air conditioner was not blowing cold air. Thankfully wasn¿t too hot. Was able to open windows to get the room cooler.

Location is the best as all major attractions are at few minutes walking distance. Hotel staff are extremely friendly & helpful. Rooms are clean. Rooftop breakfast is excellent with many options including freshly cooked hot fried eggs or omelette!

I liked the location because it was close to many historic sites in the old city. The breakfast was good with plenty to eat and good coffee. The staff were all very friendly and attentive. The hotel is clean and the bathroom had a good strong shower.

A little bit of a walk ( uphill/ downhill) to the tram station and to places of attraction.

It was a really nice place to stay near to every main tourist spot in the old town you can walk to there & the staff were very gentle & helpful

The staff, especially Silip, were great. So helpful and informative. Was really more like a concierge than a Manager. The location has many positives including one block from Blue Mosque, however the mass transit is about 8 min walk. Surprisingly it's a Very quiet location

The best front desk experience of our holiday in Turkiye and Greece. Phillipe was wonderful with orientating our revisit to Istanbul after many years. We found our way around seamlessly after he pouted us in the right direction.

Hotel is very basic, you get all you need but that's it.Breakfast is bad, we even got some water with fruit that was bad.Hotel needs to be refurbished is quite old.

Only thing is the AC which wasn’t really working properly and it was blowing hot air only instead of cooling. So I slept both nights with the windows open as it was cold outside.

Perfect location, a stone thrown from Sultanahmet square. Comfortable rooms with all amenities and super helpful staff.

Room was spacious with a good view of the hippodrome Roman ruins. Room was clean with its own bathroom. Something was incorrect about the Booking.com listing which kept asking us if we wanted to upgrade to a private bathroom- when in fact the hotels rooms all have private bathrooms. The only poor aspect was the breakfast which was pretty tired.

The location is excellent, you are 5 minutes from the major tourist attractions and right next to the main tram line that takes you to other locations of interest.

The cleaners would come to clean my room at 5/6pm, which is when I was usually back from a long day and wanted to relax before dinner. Not the end of the world but a bit annoying.

From the minute you step into the hotel, you'll feel like you're home. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. They're ready to answer all your questions at any time, and they give you all the information you need the moment you arrive. You can enjoy a traditional turkish breakfast with an amazing view and perfect company: the seagulls. You can check the photos of the view. As for the location, It's only 5 to 7 min walk to Sultanahmet tram station and the main attractions. And if you like to have a walk by the sea in the early morning, It's also a 5 min walk. And the hotel is surrounded by many Turkish restaurants. Thank you Erguvan Hotel for making this journey unforgettable.
