All Stuff were so helpful and very kind specially Cigdem, she is friendly and helped us to with a lot of information that worth knowing.

Very poor condition bathroom. Even you can’t say bathroom. Poor breakfast.

Room is small and there are no elevators.Breakfast was a little unpleasant no much variety.

Location—Was walking distance from all area attractionsVery helpful receptionist—I lost my phone. No one speaks English in Turkey. The receptionist wrote a note in Turkish explaining my situation so I could file a report with the tourism police. She also gave us guidance regarding tourist spots, transportation etc.

Like all hotels in the area, rooms and bathrooms were very small with no coffee, iron, microwave, clock, table lamps or room refrigerator. Our room was always dark but the other room had plenty of natural light.

Location, close to all tourist attractions in Sultanahmet, views from the room and terrace were amazing. Staff were very helpful, especially Cigdem, who recommended many local eating places.

The price is way higher than what the hotel offers, the room is sooo small I couldn't even walk in it, the bed is not comfortable.

the location is amazing! close to the blue mosque, aya Sofia, topkapi! the staff were also amazing and extremely caring and helpful! they do their best to make sure you enjoy your stay!

Pretty well everything. For starters the location could not be bettered, step over the road and they are there, all you want to see and visit is within a three minute walk. Now the staff, what a team, especially Cigdem who was a true angel on a number of occasions including helping me find my Uber driver when rushing to the airport, thank you so much Cigdem. Not forgetting the ladies who ensured breakfast was an event with so, so special service, thank you. So, the hotel isn't the latest in design, the shower was "novel" but loads of hot water when you needed it. If you're looking for value for money, with a perfect location supported by unbelievable staff, book it!

If you might struggle with your cases, then the lack of a lift might be inconvenient.

I liked Everything about this hotel. The hotel was a perfect location. The room was basic but it had everything we needed. The staff that worked in this hotel was probably the best I have ever encountered going above and beyond and so kind constantly. They are a true asset to the hotel and really made the holiday. The view from the room was amazing and breakfast view was so lovely to, Anything i needed the staff always made sure they could meet the needs. If i came back to Istanbul I would definitely come back to this hotel. A special thank you to Sigdem who created such a wonderful surprise for my mum on her birthday!! 10 out of 10 stars nothing to fault!!

The breakfasts were fabulous, varied each day and looking straight across to the Blue Mosque from the breakfast terrace. Most of the sights are in walking distance such as, The Topkapi Palace, Hagia Sophia and The Underground Cisterns. You get off the tram from right outside the door of the hotel. You can either take the tram or walk to the Grand Bazzar, a terrific historic Hamam at Cemberlitas and the Whirling Devish performance. Plenty of restaurants close by. The staff here are very helpful with directing and suggesting activities sights and events. The desk is manned 24 hours a day and it’s very safe for single female travellers.

The location was perfect literally in the heart of Istanbul. The staff and service was amazing. The breakfast along with the View from the balcony was great. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and stress free. Thank you so much.

location, but then we were prepared for doing a lot of walking.

everything in the room is old. lumpy mattresses, old furnitures(if it was wooden, it would have been appreciated). we did not even use the shower. we checked out after our first night. our choice as we didn’t want to spoil our vacation. a nice vacation always starts with a nice accommodation. it was not what we have expected. we were given a room that was not nice. when we let the hotel know that we want to check out, we were shown another room which was an improvement from the first room we were given. still we opted to leave.

The location was amazing just near to Sultanahmet square.All the mosques are surrounded here.The view from the room was amazing.Even the owner & the stuffs are very kind & helpful.

very good location, close to the main attractions and staff very nice especially the gentleman on nights shift was extremely kind and nice

there was a bad smell in my room the whole time.after 2 weeks from my stay there they tried to take a payment on my card again (of course declined) saying that I did not check in or show up. I stayed 4 nights there and paid for it. still don’t have answers about this issue

its very accesable to all.near to all tourist spot.near to the train station.the hotel is very clean and bery safe.the hotel staff name Cigdem is very accomodating especially if we need some help and information regarding the transportation.i will really recommend this hotel to my friends and to everyone.we are very satisfied for our stay☺️

I liked the location, very central, at the doorstep of Blue Mosque, Topaki Palace and Hagia Sophia. Grand Bazar 15 mins walking distance away. The Sultanahmet tram stop was right outside. The staff were extremely helpful and very approachable!

the rooms were very small. There was smell all over the place originating from the bathroom. The bathroom was so small, no place to shower. The toilet seat was wobbly. Poor breakfast options, burnt food displayed. The online pictures do not reflect the hotel at all! The rooms overall very small to even walk around. As the tram stop is right outside, the noise can be very disturbing for sleep at night.
