The location very convenient, the staff are excellent, especially the front desk gentlemans, very clean place.

BreakfastNoisy rooms, even the doors make sounds when you close or open it.Wi- fi did not work sometimes.

Location: in the middle of Old City, with all major attractions in close proximity.The roof top restaurant has a beautiful view on the old city and Bosporus Bay.The manager, Abdul, tried his best to accommodate us- thank you, Abdul! For the new visitors of Istanbul: this is a helpful info we learned from our tour guide: on Sultanahmet square, there is a municipal restaurant where the food is of good quality and about 30% less expensive than in other restaurants around that area.

The balcony doors were not able to lock, and the keys in the balcony door were not working. The locksmith person said nonsense about it- never fixed it.The food in the restaurant was of very poor quality- we got stomach problem after ate in the roof top restaurant. Continental breakfast was always cold and if you do not come at the time it opens (8 am), the food disappears quickly and they do not fill it in again.

The location was good, 10 minutes away from the tram.

The breakfast was quite poor and the same everyday.

The staff are super friendly. The rooms are nice and clean and the location is just a short walk to the blue mosque.

No laundry facilities. “Luggage storage” is just leaving your luggage in the hotel foyer until you come back. The hallways were quite noisy at night.

breakfast was very discomfort for me there was not enough tables and chairs and we had to wait for a while, also, but overall ,in this budget its was good experience ,staff is very lovely and polite people <3

Good location, clean and recently renovated rooms, comfortable bed. The breakfast is great as well as the view from the terrace where it is served

No fridge in the room, the internet connection wasn't stable sometimes, the lamp in the bathroom was blinking all the time. No heating so it may be a little cold

The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is very kind and always ready to help. The breakfast is good, the rooftop restaurant with a view is also nice. Location is pretty good, near Sultan Ahmed Mosque, Aya Sophia, Topkapi palace, Basilica cistern and 5 min. far from the T1 station. I would stay at the hotel again.

Parking and SPA are not included in the price and guests need to pay extra to use them. We visited the place with a toddler (2-year-old) and in my opinion it is not suitable for kids younger then 4-5-year-old.

The staff was very polite and friendly. It is near to the popular monuments .

It was difficult to close the door of the bath and water overflowed into the bathroom. Also the paper was one for each day .

The staff is great, the placement is nice, but you have to climb uphill to the train station, keep that in mind.The balcony is nice.The breakfast was okay.Overall the experience was pleasant, I can recommend.Also there is a small fruit market down the street. When you go outside turn right, then right again and then to the left and straight. Closed on Sundays though.

The room was not completely finished with empty power sockets and some minor cosmetic faults. The washroom was pretty small compared to the room size and type.Also on the Booking pictures the room looked different and was said to have a sofa. Instead we got a couple of additional single beds... Strange.

Amazing location, nice and quiet.

The staff was rude, the first day we arrived we were told we had booked a room in the basement, even though we just booked a normal economy room, it said nothing in the description about a basement room. They offered to give us a "free upgrade" to a room on the first floor, which we already booked and paid for. We had to ask for and negotiate to get toilet paper almost everyday.

Location is great, touristic place are nearby, breakfast was good, stuff was very friendly.

A hotel located in a quiet area, close to some of Istanbul's most important tourist attractions.There is paid parking nearby - €10/day. The hotel is renovated and modern, with clean rooms and comfortable beds; towels are changed daily. Breakfast is included and served on the rooftop terrace with views of the Sea of Marmara.The staff is very friendly and ready to help with any information. We will recommend this hotel to our friends.Special thanks to Abdul for his help and kindness.

The location and the reception staff were great and the room was simple but nice.

Breakfast was poor and lacked cleanliness. The breakfast staff were neither nice nor effective.

The location is great, really near all the main attractions. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The room is clean and comfortable, also the breakfast is good and the view from the roof top is amazing.

The only thing I didn't like is the fact that it was really noisy in the room, meaning that you could hear everyone passing, walking or talking on the hallway, in the room above or next to you and it made it a little difficult to rest during the night.

In the heart of the old city of Istanbul, the view and the sunset is what impressed us the most.The receptionist Abdul did everything we needed, so that our stay at the hotel was complete and he impressed us with his kindness, experience in his work, relationship with guests, needs that were of great importance. The chef kitchen and the rest of the staff are also to be commended, each in their own way tried their best to make our stay in the hotel pleasant and comfortable.Abdul deserves a rating of 10/10. We wish all future guests to be happy to book this hotel, you will not be disappointed for sure. You have shown that you are local, and many of you need to learn. We send you lots of hugs.
