Great location, couple of minutes walk from Aya Sofia, and the grand Bazar, clean and very helpful staff

There was often a scent of sewer water that came from the bathroom.

The tall guy at reception was great he helped and was only good person we met, breakfast was good and room was solid. I think this hotel is too good to be in that location.

Location was the worst when you leave hotel everything is full of scammers and frauds.

Location was great to major sites and to tram. Friendly staff, helpful with transfer.

Only one bed side lamp. 20% reduction in restaurant did not apply if only having a drink.

Staffs are amazing. Mohammad Ali and Gunesh helped us with literally everything. From prior to arrival to the hotel until we leave. Breakfast was great too. And the location is wonderful as it's just practically walking distance from all landmarks in old city. Highly recommend for people who wants to explore old city.

Nothing we cannot bear. It's not a modern or new building hence wear and tear are within normal.

The location was excellent. Only walking distance from multiple sightseeing locations and the train. The breakfast was different everyday which was nice and it was very good. The rooms were clean. The only thing to take into consideration it’s whether if you are a light sleeper. The train is only a few steps from the hotel and it runs every 5 minutes. I’m a derp sleeper, but brought a sound machine to make sure I didn’t hear the train. Oh and the staff was AMAZING!!!

We stayed in this small but wonderful hotel in the center of Istanbul for just a few days. The main attractions are within arm’s reach: "Sophia:, "The Blue Mosque:, etc. - all within walking distance. There are also plenty of restaurants, cafés, small eateries, and other places available to you. The tram stops are literally right next to the hotel.The breakfast is excellent. But the main thing, of course, is the staff. They helped us both with getting a taxi from the airport and with slightly delaying our check-out, since right before our flight I suddenly felt very unwell - and that means a lot.The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, and I think that after this its interior will become even better.Overall, I recommend this place to everyone who is staying for a few days in the city of Europe and Asia and wants to cover all the best things. Immediately.

The location was beautiful in the middle of the old city with a walking distance to all major land marks...The staff were always around to help and were super nice. Precisely, the receptionist "Sama". She made our days by being a best friend of our little daughter :)

We missed having the corner room the we used stay in as it was occupied during our stay...

The location is the best! You are located in the center of all the important parts of Istanbul.

The amenities in the room, we didn't have a dental kit or iron, room felt lacking.

The hotel exceeded my expectations! Everything was very clean and well-organized. Although I had booked a different room, they kindly upgraded me to a much nicer one, which was a wonderful surprise. The breakfast was excellent, the service was outstanding, and the staff were always polite and professional. I especially want to thank Mr. Murat and Mr. Ilhan for their great hospitality. There were also two young gentlemen working in the restaurant whose names I don’t know, but they were extremely polite and attentive. I also used the hotel’s transfer service, which was very convenient and reliable – the car was ready exactly on time and took me comfortably to the airport.

Honestly, there was nothing that I didn’t like about this hotel. From the moment I arrived until the moment I left, everything was handled with great care and professionalism. The cleanliness, the organization, the friendly attitude of the staff, and the quality of service all made it a perfect experience. I cannot think of a single negative point, as everything was truly above my expectations.

Very convenient location, minutes walk to Hagia Sophia and Grand Bazaar, tram line runs outside for access to other parts of the city. The concierge staff are lovely and super helpful.

Incredibly dirty and run down, we had to move rooms because the shower door was leaking and flooded the bathroom, smelled strongly of sewage so we had to make sure the door was closed the whole time. A/C wasn’t very strong and in the summer heat we were sweating at night. Wooden door frames were rotting. There were cockroaches running around on the breakfast buffet table (literally across the bread on the breadboard and around the vegetables) and my salad had dead fruit flies in it. Note that the tram line runs right outside so if you are a light sleeper you will struggle early morning / late night with the noise.
