Hotel Agan Oldcity Istanbul

The Staff front desk we really nice. They gave me pointers to where to go site see! Very clean. Cleaning lady always cleaned everyday. Breakfast was good. Location was 100%. Located near shopping and restaurants. Price 1 week great! Will return again!

Location is great, in the heart of the Sultanahmet old city area, everything is within walking distance. Gulhani Tram station is within 2 minutes walking.

The room I booked was a twin one, with free breakfast, but they gave me a single room, really very small, with not even a chair. The room heater was only turned on during late night, rest of the time other people were also complaining about cold.

Location was good, hotel room was nice for a 3-star place, if small.

Hotel was oversold for the first night I was there, and I wasn't told that until I arrived. They put me in their other hotel down the block, which was horrifically bad.

The staff and receptionists, including Yassin and I think the other one was Jamal or something similar, were very helpful and flexible in communicating in English and in resolving any difficulties we encountered.

Nothing much to mention, they're always there for our convenience.

The location was great, we walked everywhere from the hotel. We booked a room with a full size bed and we didnt know its only 120-130cmx190cm, so we asked them to change room to one that had queen size bed and they upgraded us to a better room with a bigger bed for free. Nice breakfast. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

Location perfect in hearth of Istanbul. You can walk to almost all location you should visit. Our room was clean all the time. Breakfast is included here it was average breakfast but not changing to give less stars. Reception is helpfull.

Nothing that I should mention.

Perfect location.staff is friendly and helpful. Loved Istantbul. A must visit city.

Room was a bit small. Hairdryer and kettle did not work

Good location, the beds was clean.

The bathroom wasn't very clean, and the water was leaking from the shower.

Quite small and at the door where people are trying to get in and out whilst you get your food

Location of breakfast

Everything was good. The furniture is new, is very cosy and warm, maybe too warm during the night. I am use to have 21 in my room. But i was very pleased . For me it was the second time here.

The breakfast may be a little variated

The location is best thing, the staff were so kind and helped us on making food for our baby, was comfortable stay for us as family with baby
