Ayasofya Hotel - Special Class

It was noisy the hotel is on a narrow street with an intersection and impatient drivers were tooting their horns right outside my window. Also people in the next room kept slamming their door.

Perfect location in the old town. Incredibly helpful in coordinating transit from and back to the airport. Held our bags as we arrived early and had them in the room when we returned later. The staff was wonderful and helpful.

I love this hotel since we arrive the staff was super nice and helpful, they take care of everything, the room was beautiful, the breakfast really good specially the sweet lady who prepared us Turkish coffee, definitely i will recommend 100% this hotel and I will come back again. Great hotel, we felt so welcome and the staff was always very nice and helpful whatever we needed. They have a beautiful terrace where you have breakfast and you can sit and chill there whenever you want. They also speak many languages including Russian. Very close to Aya Sofia and blue mosque

I liked everything however you need to know that there a a lot of hills in the old city. Whatever hotel you choose you will need to walk up and down a lot.

Excellent Service. Very friendly staff Ali and team. A shout-out to the chef who went out of their way to make us vegetarian breakfast early in the morning. Walkable to hagia Sofia and other attractions. We also booked our airport shuttles through them and was on time and reliable at a good price point. Will definitely stay again and recommend others!!

The hotel was really great for our needs. The location is superb, 5-10 min walk to the central square, Sultan Ahmet, where the Blue mosque and Hagia Sophia are located. Our room was quite huge, actually split in two rooms, with a door in between. This was very convenient for four of us, kids in one room, parents in the other. The interior was rather elegant with attention to small details. Everything inside was super clean, including bathroom. We were really pleased with the accommodation.Special mention of the reception staff and also the staff in the rooftop restaurant. On our arrival, while we were waiting for the room to be ready (we arrived a bit earlier than check-in time), we were having a coffee at the rooftop, enjoying the view. Since we didn't have any breakfast that day, early morning flight with no food or snacks, we sent our daughter to see if there was any food available in the restaurant. Then, to our surprise, the staff organised some food for us, noting that they do not provide lunch in the restaurant, but wanted to get something for the kids. We are really grateful for that. Thank you so much Ayasofya hotel staff. Great service.

The only thing that comes to mind is no lift on the property. This is only in relation to the luggage. Likely for us, this was not an issue as we were on the first floor.
