Wonderful Hotel with amazing location everything is in walking distance perfect The entire staff was great, welcoming. Hotel employee from reception was wonderful helped me with tips and questions went the extra mile spent 11 nights and will return again

The hotel is very charming. The location is excellent — just 7–10 minutes to the promenade and the city’s most famous sights (Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, the Blue Mosque, and the Spice Bazaar). There are also tram and bus stops nearby if you want to travel further.Upon check-in, I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade for my birthday, which was a lovely gesture. My room (No. 624, named 'Topkapi Palace') was clean, comfortable, and perfect for one person, with a very nice interior design.The soundproofing is not the strongest, but honestly, the street noise didn’t bother me — it actually added some charm and made me feel like I was right in the heart of all the action.Breakfast was simple with a limited selection, but I never left hungry: vegetables, greens, some fruit, eggs, pastries, along with tea, coffee, and juices.

Love the location- very near to main attraction and the lobby/ room very nice! My room has been upgraded.. with beautiful view. Thank you so much!

Should provide 1-2 free water bottles for each night stay. I was only provided bottles on my first night and then I requested more at the reception next day.

Very professional service from Hotel staff and management. Breakfast was very tasty with a broad selection. Location perfect , quiet but in walking distance of most attractions.Taxi ride to the airport excellent, great car and driver, good price and timely.Very clean and well run establishment

The hotel is very closed to the Galata bridge and within walking distance to some of the main attractions in Instanbul ( about 10/15 minuted walk to blue mosque, gran bazaar and so on)

This is advertised as a 4 stars hotel, however I dont think it is. The hotel is clean, but the facilities seem to be stuck in the 1980s. The furniture and overall decor of the rooms is outdated! The bathrooms are functional and a bit more modern( imagine a 2000s bathroom). There are very small tvs in the room and there are a lot of touches ups that could be made to make the place better looking. Their lift only fits about 2 people and is very slow. Also, the hotel advertises that they have their own restaurant etc. But there isn't an option for room service. The included breakfast is ok, but the options are very limited! It's in a buffet style, and it includes mostly cheese and only Turkish style food! If you are European/ English, you don't have the option of eggs and so on.

The hotel is lovely, staff are amazing and friendly.The location is the best thing about the hotel very close to shops, haggia sophia and topkapi palace is a short walk.Many restaurants just a few steps from front door and markets are close as well.The ferry port and river is only about a 15 minute walk.The hotel is kept very clean by the cleaners who are very attentive leaving fresh towels every day and checking room over.

The size of room was far too small for me and my husband .Not enough storage space either.If we go back I will definitely make sure the room is bigger.

Great staff and service. Staff always available to help. Great location to centre of Istanbul. Lovely buffet Turkish breakfast. Rooms cleaned everyday. My 2nd time choosing to stay here

The property is good except the ac is old making and very noisy.

The noisy acYour staff specialty the receptionist and the boy should be able to speak fluently.I think all the staff should able to converse in English properly.

Mehmet, Ilyas, and the rest of the staff were absolutely amazing. The hotel is spacious, bright, and smells lovely as soon as you walk in. It is not a small boutique hotel but rather a lovely, spacious luxury hotel, especially the lobby areas in reception.We had the breakfast option and it was plentiful, fresh fruits, hot and cold options. The guys at reception helped as much as they could when I needed taxis or any other advice. Having visited Istanbul many times, I will definitely be returning to this hotel again. The location is ideal—just 5 minutes to the Spice Bazaar, Eminönü, and Gülhane, and a maximum of 10 minutes' walk to Sultan Ahmet, both main locations. There are plenty of restaurants around the hotel, so food is never an issue. There's also a lovely seating area outside the hotel where you can drink chai or coffee in the mornings.Everyone was super friendly and accommodating. We checked out at 12, but our flight was in the evening. The staff continued being super polite and offered refreshments of chai and kahve, which was so cute. They helped us weigh our luggage and carried it out, saying goodbye as if we were leaving family members behind. Young Ilyas is an asset to this hotel. He is super cute, polite, and a very well-raised young boy. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for a lovely stay.

I didn't dislike anything much however we only had one key to the room, two would be more practical.

The manager & staff are really good & very helpfull..The location very good & near everthing intresting place to visit.The hotel was clean & good accomandation.everything here was really good & nice place to stay & also kids friendly.

The breakfast is lovely, so many choices. And everything else superb The best thing is the location , 24/7 the surrounding . Everything is near like blue mosque , hagia Sophia, grand bazaar Best hotel... I recommend

Good location. Very convenient. Walking distance to major tourist attractions and eateries.

Water and toiletries were provided only on the first night. Lady staff manning the dining area for breakfast was rather unfriendly and rude.
