Location is perfect

Room dated old school keys.. got stuck in the door first night, never got it to work smoothly

The location was excellent ,near to Arasta Bazaar,Blue Mosque,Hagia Sofiya,Topkapi place ,Basilica Cistern and the Hop on and Hop off bus services and the tram.Its all within a walking distance . Breakfast was good .Room was fine except mineral water was not given daily and there was any kettle to boil water and sort . Otherwise it is a good stay for family ,friends or even a single traveler.

It was really close the shops, restaurants, and easily walkable to the mosques/ sea side

The location is perfect — just a 5-minute walk to the main historic area. The room was clean and comfortable. Customer service exceeded all expectations! They replied to all my questions right away, both through Booking messages and later on WhatsApp.My flight was canceled, and it was very easy to communicate with the staff to rearrange my transfers both ways. I even overpaid for the transfer without realizing it, and they honestly returned the extra cash to me at checkout. Very polite and kind people at the reception. My whole stay was excellent — highly recommend!

Nice location near to blue Mosque. Room was fully booked they upgraded us with a sea view room in same cost.

Everyday same breakfast???

The atmosphere of this hotel is amazing! The building is 19's century structure and the interior made at same style. Aslo the Hotel has open terrace with Bosporus.

The hotel is in a premium location, very close to major sightseeing places, very friendly staff, clean & spacious rooms especially the suite we have accommodated, calm & quiet , the hotel door in front of an ancient mosque, breakfast is optimum, a supermarket in the corner of the building.We were granted a later check-out, our luggage kept till our evening flight and the staff assisted to move the bags to the taxi. Very nice & friendly.

Somewhat small rooms, ideal for short stays

Staff was friendly and available when needed. Location is great - 5 min walk to the obelisk and 10 min to the T1 tram.

My room was next to a family with three kids and they were very loud. There is little sound insulation in general - by 6AM it's impossible to sleep. Room also could have been cleaner - there were hairs and dust. Breakfast was underwhelming.

Standing bath floor was broken water was on the bathroom floor, one of the room AC was not working

The breakfast was a bit on a less tasty side, but overall it was perfect for the price.

Staff - From Front Desk, to Breakfast, to Housekeeping - The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and very accommodating. (Breakfast at 8, but ask nice and you can access coffee machine early; we chose to cancel a cruise when we realized the bus would eat between 1 and 3 hours due to traffic, hotel staff helped us find a different cruise much closer, etc)Location - We selected the hotel based on our wish to walk to as many places as possible, minimizing need for transport. The location is fabulous- 5 minutes to Blue Mosque, 15 minutes to Grans Bazaar, 3 minutes to large bazaar, convenience store next door.Smoking - One member of our group is a smoker. There is a place outside front door on street. But better was the rooftop terrace (4th floor) with chairs and tables. Comfortable and more private.

Room layouts - Not a showstopper but - We booked two (02) queen rooms with queen beds. There was no communication that while the sq meters would be same, the configurations would be very different. The bed in Room 301 wasn't even a double size, more like full. Very uncomfortable for 2 people. The room was not easy to move about. Room 305 - no problem. Hotel was busy and no larger rooms were available for our full stay. Next time we will ask questions before committing. Room safe - Yes, there are lock boxes. But they are not attached to the furniture, floor, wall etc. IF someone wanted to steal - they can just take the whole safe.Stairs - We knew there would not be elevators. We were not prepared for just how steep the stairways are. Thankfully the staff was happy to carry luggage up, and down.

Excellent hotel in a prime location—just a 5-minute walk from the Sultan Ahmet Mosque and Hagia Sophia. The terrace offered stunning views, and the breakfast buffet was both delicious and satisfying. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Istanbul

The staff here is extremely helpfulBlue mosque Hagia Sophia and all the attractions are very nearby

We loved everything. My mother stayed there over ten years ago and said it was wonderful and recommended it to me and my partner. Even though we didn’t stay very long it was a lovely place, the staff was very friendly and the food was very good. Very easy to get around and a there is a food shop next door which was very good too. I highly recommend it and hope to visit again soon.
