Barin Hotel

I enjoyed staying at the hotel mainly because of the location and it was very clean. I also liked the staff who were polite and helpful.

Unfortunately, the elevator was quite small and it was hard for two people and the luggage to be inside. The toilet lid wasn’t working properly in our room and the breakfast was quite limited. The scramble eggs were too watery., not enough vegetables.

Excellent location, services, breakfast varieties, close proximity to Bazaar, tourist sites transportation (metro and tram 5 min walk) friendly staff.

The hotel is very comfortable and good price value. Breakfast is good too. Location near metro line so it’s very convenient.

For the price the rooms were comfortable and clean. The location was fantastic, it was near to everything. The area is safe as well. Having wifi and a smart tv is a bonus too! And the balcony was nice!

the breakfast buffet wasn’t of good quality. I once found mold on the pancakes. The food isn’t fresh and it isn’t covered during the breakfast duration which is unhygienic. All i ate was vegetables because i felt that everything else wasn’t safe to eat. One of the staff is a grumpy old man. He was complaining and huffing when we asked him to take our luggage to the lobby.

Staff was friendly, always at the desk to help with any questions or services. They let us store our luggage for a few hours after check-out. Rooms were cleaned every day and cleaning staff were friendly too. Location is great, just 5 minutes away from the metro or the tram, and very close to some of the main touristic points.The lobby is ample with various tables and water for guests. There are both stairs and an elevator. Every morning from 7 to 10am there is Turkish breakfast buffet style with a good variety of items.

I stayed in a triple room and although the room space was quite tight, it is still manageable. The hotel should have a basic first aid kid and a few generic medicines in case needed.

If you look for comfortable hotel with impeccable cleanliness, perfect localisation for public transport (traw, metro), and tasty breakfast, Barin Hotel has it all.

The hotel impresses with its cleanliness – the rooms are well-maintained, and daily housekeeping keeps a high standard. Its excellent location and helpful, friendly staff make the stay exceptionally comfortable.

Convenient to both the metro and tram. During our short stopover we were able to visit the old city. Room was spacious and very comfortable, and staff were friendly and helpful.

This beautiful hotel which is centrally located and close to most of the sightseeings is awesome for a tourist. The breakfast is rich and traditional. But what makes it special is the staff!!! The reception is always willing to help out whatever the time, especially Recep. The maids are very friendly and professional and the work of the breakfast staff does not go unnoticed. I fully recommend this hotel.

Staff is very helpful and keeps the rooms very clean during the entire stay. Location is also convenient, close to the tram, bus and metro stations. Our family has been staying here multiple times and would definitely recommend.

Breakfast choices could be more diverse, but considering the price it is acceptable.

Just few things could be improved. The juice on breakfast is artificial and the room space is little tight.

Good location: close to the main attractions of Fatih/Sultanahmet. T1 tram station is 3-minutes walk away from the hotel. Subway and Marmaray stations are also close. The hotel is clean and comfy. Breakfast is good, not a very big variety but rather good for the money we paid. Staff is friendly and helpful. Bathroom in the room is good.

Rooms (Standard Twin) looked bigger in the pictures. Sink in the bathroom is too small, but overall it is not a big problem.

we can hear the neighbors talking all night. There's no soundproofing in the room.
