The location, service, and price.

The room has smell of smoke - maybe I didn't specifically ask for non-smoking room and they just gave me a smoking room.

Location, its just a five minute walk to blue mosque and hagia sophia.The restaurant in the terrace is just great, very good food with views of the sea and the blue mosque.

The bed. Instead of being one queen mattresse, there were two single beds put together.

The breakfast was good and regularly refreshed, fresh coffee made to order, the dining room was bright and clean with a bonus of a Roman mosaic that was discovered on the site that can be viewed through a glass panel.

Some of the areas could be updated as the rooms and common areas are beginning to look dated but the current areas are good and clean.

location was great and the breakfast had many local options! We had a small issue with our room, when we brought it up to the reception they resolved the matter within minutes and gave us an upgrade. The staff was nice and helpful and told us they would take the room out of business to repair but also renovate the room. The staff took nice pictures of us on our rooftop, and they helped us plan trips and transportation over the city. Highly recommend to stay here as it is comfortable, an amazing location, and the staff are lovely and helpful.

The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of Istanbul’s historic district, just a short walk from the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and Topkapi Palace. It’s ideal for sightseeing!The hotel itself is charming, with a unique combination of modern comfort and historical character. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and decorated with elegant touches. The bed was very comfortable, and we had a great sleep every night.The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with recommendations and any requests. The breakfast was also a highlight—delicious and with a great variety of choices, including traditional Turkish options.Overall, I highly recommend Eresin Hotel Sultanahmet to anyone visiting Istanbul. It’s a fantastic blend of comfort, convenience, and hospitality. I would definitely stay here again!

Nothing, everything perfect.

It was nice to visit you guys again! It was a bit unlucky have rainy weather during my stay since I really would like to benefit the rooftop. However, Thank you for the hospitality :)

Breakfast was ok need more options.

We were there for 7days beds were never changed bathroom just wiped down. Glasses in room never changed even though you can see they were used. There was no ice machine on the floor must only had 2 ice buckets in the hotel.

Breakfast poor. Location good, but this was the only good think in this hotel.

I ordered and got confirmed a king bed but received two single beds of 80 cm width, the TV was very small, the bathroom very old fashioned and the warm water took 2 minutes until it reached the shower head.Poor breakfast. one of the features is the roof top terrace for breakfast which was closed during the entire stay. the buffet was very poor with lots of pre-packed items, no real variety.

Hotel staff always attentive, helpful, polite, smiling and always satisfied my needs. I congratulate the high professionalism of the staff.

the hotel needs to be renovated, it is too expensive, the breakfast needs to be improved because it appears neglected and with poor quality products, the desserts are unpresentable. dust on the bedside tables

I think the bedroom could be updated

Location was very good. Communication was difficult due to us not speaking Turkish but some staff were fluent in English .

Showers , baths could be replaced by showers completely . Bathroom flooded after trying to use shower. Would not bath as jets in jacuzzi were dirty .

Breakfast was very good.Convenient location for old city sights.

Drinks prices were very high resulting in us finding alternate venues for drinks.
