The location, staff and free breakfast, in that order!

The hotel is beautiful. Very clean, modern, people that work there are helpful and friendly, I loved the location as well, only 3 ms walking to Hagia Sophia and about 8-10 ms walking to the Grand Bazar. Lots of restaurants downstairs. I would stay there again!

Cannot complain about anything really

We´re very happy to have chosen Hotel Nena for our 6-day stay in Istanbul. The staff was most welcoming and friendly, breakfast first-class, rooms elegant and spotlessly clean. The hotel´s location in the heart of the old town is perfect – a few minutes´ walk to many of the major monuments.

The view of my room was fantastic, a great view of the Blue Mosque. Very decent breakfast and very friendly and super helpful staff. The hotel conveniently is located near all major attractions of old town and public transportation stops, yet tucked in a quiet street.

Excellent and varied breakfast very good customer service for the people who serve. Front Desk was very helpful and provided a very good tips for locations and tours. Really recommend it. Excellent location for attractions and public transportation .

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Nena in Istanbul! The room was very clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing experience. The location is excellent—right in the heart of Sultanahmet, within walking distance to major attractions like the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and Topkapi Palace. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile and great service. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a variety of options. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again!

Breakfast was very good , stuff are good and nice

Closet so tiny , no storge space , refrigerator was in rude area and bad smell

The location is top. Very convenient and close to Sultanahmed. The facilities are modern and comfortable. Stayed only one night and liked it very much. Many thanks to staff. Check-in and check-out were very smooth.

The only thing I didn’t like is that there is no bathrobe in the room. Maybe should be asked to get it, but I didn’t ask.

Location was excellent and best breakfast buffet I have seen in years. Staff was excellent and recommended a great tour guide and restaurant

Wish I would have planned to stay longer

While the room was a tad small for just one traveler, the view of the Hagia Sofia, Blue Mosque and the Bosphorus were phenomenal. The staff was extremely accommodating, and tried their upmost best to ensure I was satisfied. The location was ideal, with it being a 10 minute walk to the nearest Metro station and minutes away from the two sites mentioned above.

The breakfast spread was slightly disappointing, as it didn't seem to offer a whole lot of fruit varieties. In addition, the breakfast hours began a tad late (at least for this traveler--07:30).

Staff was exceptional at helping me and suggesting activities and restaurants. English is not my first language and they were always extremely kind and helpful.

The entire staff was wonderful. They were accommodating, helpful, friendly and supportive. The property was very well maintained. The location was fantastic it was close to many landmarks and transportation.

The room didn’t have a view except for a man across the way. The pictures on the website were a little misleading.

Hotel Nena was the perfect choice for our first stay in Istanbul.Located right in the heart of Sultanahmet, everything was just a short walk away — from the Blue Mosque to Hagia Sophia and Topkapi Palace. The room was cozy, the breakfast spread was excellent, and the staff were very accommodating. They even allowed us to store our luggage while we explored Cappadocia and Pamukkale for a few days. Overall, it’s a wonderful hotel for first-time visitors to Istanbul!
