I like location, quietness and the helpfulness of the staff

Rooms are outdated, shower needs to be more clean and updated its below standard

Everything else. Nasty and smelly. Dirty bedsheets and towels. No longer white and you can literally see the stains. Full of flies because of the garbage inside the hotel outdoor area. Everything is old and just disgusting. I booked two nights but left immediately after first night first thing in the morning. The hotel manager refused to refund second night. They are investing zero value in the place! And yes acs are mediocre and more like fans.

Location was great. Also people who work in reception are friendly.

It wasn’t warm water in the shower. The windows in the room was direct to a wall.

Location and friendly staff.Room cleaning service did an excellent job.Staff even fixed a non working tv.

Bedsheets had cigarette burns.Mattress was sinking and felt very old and outdated.Toilet had mould visible almost everywhere.No floor mats provided in the bathroom.Wouldnt have paid this price considering all of the above.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Excellent location right in the centre of the city.

The appartment did not meet the expectations. One of the two rooms is a converted living room.

The location is absolutely perfect, the most important spots are within walking distance, they let us check in around 11am already and we really appreciated it, as the journey from airport was exhausting, landed at 3am. Free tea and coffee, basic room, it’s not Hilton so can’t complain at all. And the value is just amazing!!!

There is a nice garden and it is quiet. I loved it because we were close to a mosque.

The rooms were ok.

The toilet was too small, also the toilet does not work well one of our booked room had problem with the toilet and started leaking water and filled the whole toilet, and the other rooms's toilet was not good either. Due to the damage the hotel staff had go turn off the water supply for all rooms for whole night. Which was very disappointing and uncomfortable as well.

Bed sheets and quilt was not clean towels were very old and small

I located to all the nearest places that you want to see, shower had hot water, staff friendly. On our last day asked if we could leave our languages with them as our airport transfer was at 7pm and we was checking out at 12pm they said they would keep it safe for us, which they did. Amazing place will visit again

What I liked about the accommodation was the kindness and helpfulness of the hosts. They were always up to date. We would like to thank the reception staff for their work! They were very kind and that means a lot! At least there was heating and hot water.

The entire accommodation is a dilapidated building, run down and extremely dirty. There were hairs on all the bed sheets and they were stained. The floor was very dirty and the bathroom was not hygienic either. The whole thing was disgusting. I would never sleep in these rooms again.

The hotel was ok

Went book they said the breakfast was included and went I get here they said no I have to pay

The room was good according to the price and best location to all the attractions..

There was no kettle in the room have to go down to get hot water… also no lift that was tiring

Cleanliness, staff, location

I don’t think it was anything. Since I was there for just 2 days there and they gave me cleaning. With the same price I booked. Was good enough.

Staff was very helpful and friendly, specifically Turget. Location is good.

Rooms could be cleaner and beds more comfortable.

The hotel is amazing, and the staff is super welcoming, especially Turgay. We had what we needed, and this hotel is close to anything needed, such as groceries, restaurants, attractions and transport. They also provide free Cay at anytime near the reception :)

Location is very good but there is a Mesque next to the hotel making sounds at 7am.

Too much hair in the mattress and in the towels.
