This hotel exceeded my expectations for the price , room was clean and comfy it feels like a home I liked the location it's near marmaray , metro yenicape , bus, tramway aksaray stop , staff was very helpful and nice check in and check out went smooth and they upgraded my room for free , there was no elevator but they helped with luggage , i didn't take breakfast so i don't know about it .

The room was a bit small , no elevator, i stayed for three nights there was no cleaning service they told me the cleaning service is every other day , but i kept my room clean anyway.

It was perfect thank you so much to the staff that was very helpful with my luggage. The room was clean and looked like the picture, the bathroom was really good and there was AC in my room.

Clean hotel with helpful and kind staff, especially the hotel owner. All the hotel facilities are clean and its location is excellent, close to markets, shops and the metro. I recommend it.

After taking a night bus I arrived very early. The early check-in they allowed me was a lifesaver that made me very grateful.

Very good location and clean room with balcony

Excellent hotel, room is very clean, staff is very kind and helpful. We arrived early in the morning, almost eight hours before check in,but without any problems we got a room, even bigger than we booked! Thank you for your hospitality and wish you all the best! See you again!

The hotel has been renovated. Its clean and very central close to the Yenikapi metro station about 5 minutes

Everything was clean and working, all the stuff was looking fresh and new. Cleanings was every day. Towels, shampoo and soap was included.

Some minor things like ants, paint dents on the walls but nothing of it matters for me. Whats really matters is the placement, hotel is pretty far away from tourist attractions and located somewhere in the middle of poor and noisy crowd polluting the streets with their "goods" to sell. But honestly - pretty much whole Istanbul is looking like a big suffocating annoying bazar so its hard to find a better place but still possible.

We had a nightmare with no electricity and it was very hot, walls were hot, no A/C. We couldnt sleep alI night. It was weird that buildings around had electricity and this hotel didnt. If i only knew that could happen i would have cancelled all my trip to Turkey. In all our vacation happened twice, once here and once in Alanya.

Good breakfast offerings. Comfortable and clean bed.The lady on the front desk in the morning allowed us to store our bags whilst we went out for the day.

The shower did not drain quick enough which left us standing in 5 inches of water. The bathroom itself could have been a little cleaner.

The location is great, it is at 300 m from the Yenikapi metro station, one can arrive from here via Marmaray metro to Uskudar in 10 minutes. The staff was very friendly, they allowed us to do the check in 2 hours earlier, to leave the luggage to the reception on the last day as we had the flight in the evening. The cleaning ladies cleaned the room and changed the towels daily.

We did not like the breakfast as it consisted mainly in bread which was ok, tasty cheese, some meat pasta, a few tomatoes, the eggs were old, but the coffee an tea were good.We also did not like that there were no lamps in the room.

Location is good and stuff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was alright, could be improved. Fridge is very helpful in the hot weather and a very good sized for a hotel room also. We've got a choice of 2 rooms when we arrived and I choose the one on the top floor because there was a big balcony but it was very hot and the next day I have told the receptionist and they give us a room on the first floor without balcony but we was happy with it because it was colder. Overall a good experience. I would recommend it to people that don't expect luxury, you'll get a decent accommodation for a decent price, close to the sea of Marmara and the grand bazar.

Bathroom is not very clean, a bit of mould and water leak from the top floor. Cleaning standards are not what Europeans are expecting but is decent for the money we've payed.

Clean place. The two ladies working there were friendly. The other staff not so much. Doesn’t cost to smile :)

Rather small room. The breakfast could have had some fruit and yoghurt. To drink there is only tea, coffee and water. No juice. Nicer bread would have been a plus as well.

Great customer service by the team, very helpful, good water pressure and hot water ( some 5 star hotels dont event have this) , comfy bed, clean room, cannot complain for the price

Wifi was abit up and down and area is a little noisy at night but nothing crazy and these are things out of the hotels control

Fantastic hotel! ?The breakfast was appetizing and very delicious, the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and the room was neat and comfortable. The location is also convenient, it is near cafés and shops.
