ARINÇ HOTEL

It was my second time in Arinc Hotel . It is located perfectly in front of bus stop . That bus goes to/from airport . So it is extremly convenient to get to hotel from bus . It is like 100 steps. For me with my suitcases it was excellent . Hotel is small , clean , with elevator and nice personel . I was satisfied .

The first day when we received the hotel, the bed was awful and dirty and there was hair on the pillow, after one day there were a number of insects in the room, closet and bed, which I informed, but they said that nothing could be done, and while you were surprised, you should have asked them. The room was cleaned daily, but they reluctantly accepted and asked for a tip while disbelieving

The location is great , 50 m to the Havaist (Istanbul airport bus )

The room size listed on the website is inaccurate; it's stated as 15 m² but is actually 7 m². This makes it unsuitable for a couple but ideal for one person. However, the staff were very helpful and promptly changed our room to accommodate three people once we brought the discrepancy to their attention. They also assured us they would rectify the error regarding the room size. The bathroom was not clean.

Be careful. They entered my room and I found my items stolen. They admitted that and said the service found it and they will send it but never happen after. Just stay way

Easy access to airport bus services. Reception staff is very helpful. Great location. Value for money.

Good for transit i satyed thrre gor my 9 hours transit Staff helpful , they let me check in 4 hours before , location so good in hear of akasaray . 2 mins walking from teh bus metro tram and everything bery good and quite

The place is more than just a room, it is a small room. It was spotless and had everything I needed (soap, shampoo, sleeper ,..). The bathroom with shower was very tiny . Also, the location was great, in walking distance of the centre and good restaurants around area. Aksary Metro station and airport bus just next to the hotel . Warm welcome and quick checking. Hotel owner Mr. Recep was really helpful and very professional way greeting to the hotels guest . Great value for money.

Hotel is old interior. Their should need to renovation soon as possible. Also need to improve house keeping section .

Nothing to like was a horrible experience overall.

Everything the hotel was absolutely dirty I had rats/mice in my room asked for a refund was refused asked for a new room and it was more dirtier than the first. TheShower was grimy was absolutely disgusting. The towels and bed covers that were provided had been bitten by rats. The room was full of mess opened a draw to see wrappers etc stuffed in there. I would never recommend this place please stay away. Also they went In To my room whilst I wasn’t there soo not trustworthy . Please stay away

Only the location everything else was terrible.

The room which is very small and not clean. The stairs was very narrow and right infront of the door and if you miss one step you can suffer a serious injuries. The male staff at the reception couldn't speak one word of English. He refused to accept card payment or GB pound the only currency I had in cash. He took the passport off me and demanded me to go out to get some Turkish lira in the middle of the night. Eventually I had to call my friend who was on the other side of the city to pay them Turkish lira. There are other great hotels in the area which are cheaper and way better interms of service and staff.

The location was good for me.

I needed a place to stay for 1 night (7-8 hours), because I have arrived late and checked out early. That’s why I have chosen the cheap option. But, I have never stayed in such an awful room. Very dirty, I couldn’t even sleep.

Terrible, DON'T EVER BOOK!

Upon arrival, personnel said that they couldn't get money from booking.com and asked to pay by cash, although I had already paid for the booking with PayPal. After a short discussion, they gave us a key. The room was in terrible condition: dirty linen, torn wallpaper and unsanitary conditions in the bathroom. You can compare the attached photos with the ones in the hotel description. Nobody lived there, but the host refused to cancel the booking from their side and give the money back. Booking support couldn't reach an agreement with the host as well (they gave me a consolatory 25 EUR compensation, but 140 EUR are lost). Worst experience ever, total scam!

the location is amazing, almost in the center of markets and restaurants and cafe’s and theres a mall neaby

lacks alot of cleaning and tidiness, toilet was really bad and the shower sink was blocked, the washing sink was too small

Bad room condition and no cleanliness facilities . Electrical connections were risky and broken

Ok for one night

Our stay for the night was ok. Only obstacle is the room was very small. It’s suitable for one person but not for two. Staff were less helpful.
