The Craton Hotel Sisli

It has a good location to Sisli and Nisatasi. It is very close to a large shopping mallIt has a decent gym and staff was welcoming all the time.

This hotel should be 3 stars at best. The provided extra kits like dental kit..etc were of cheap quality. The furniture in the room looked old and damaged or with stains Cleanliness was not up to a 5 start hotel. There was mold in the bathroom. It seems sometimes the daily room cleaning focuses on bathrooms and leave the mean room.General service was very slow. I asked for Iron and emphasized I have a meeting but only provided it after probably couple of hours. I left by that time.We asked for other things and never got them There was no internet in wifi in my section of the hotel for around 15 hours There was a major water cut but they sorted it out in 2 hours which seems reasonable response time for scale of the issue

The craton hotel is the best thing about Istanbul honestly, Mert and Yusa are very welcoming they are your friends in Istanbul.Big kudos to Gulizar our room always look clean and niceThe hotel restaurant is available all time and their prices are reasonable and the food is tasty

I choose king suit, but the air conditioner did not work. I asked staffs many times to prepare it, at the end, they told the that "ir you feel hot you can open the windows". If I open the windows I feel cold, if I close I feel hot. I asked refund my money partially, but they did not refund. Instead, they offered me deluxe room. It is not fair. I do not agree with this hotel.

The size of room

The hotel was great , the staff was very welcoming especially Gulluzar who made our stay perfect . The location is also perfect near Sisli metro station .

AmazIng service from the moment we departed the airport transfer. Super easy check in and restaurant very large and well equipped. Super close to many restaurants, Metro stations and the large shopping mall.

Polite and helpful staff. Clean rooms. Comfortable room with all the facilities.

Washing the laundry was 95€. The room looked smaller than the pictures. When we first entered, they said the first time we try snacks is free, but when we were leaving they asked us to pay about $30.

The room was incredibly clean, safe and the location was perfect!In addition, Okay, here's a review of the hotel's reception staff:The reception staff at this hotel were absolutely outstanding. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. Check-in was quick and efficient, and the staff took the time to explain all the hotel's amenities. I highly recommend this hotel.

The curtains were not enough to block out the sunlight and there was a slight noise disturbance from the street because the window overlooked the street.

Rooms are very dirty from the beginning, never cleaned, if we requested anything they will never respond, dont recommend it at all

Location is amazing, you are walking distance to all types of public transit. You can walk down to besiktas in 30 mins if you like or spend time at the restaurants & Cevahir Mall around the Hotel.Hotel’s amenities and breakfast is good.

There were no sound-proofing on rooms. I could hear the guests on the next room Nd I bet they can hear me as well. The room they provided was small for a 5 star hotel. Shower wasn’t properly sealed so everytime after I shower bathroom floor was wet. They require swimming bonnet for the pool and sell it for 5$ for their guests.The massage thst I bought wasn’t the best quality (not bad though).

The hotel is clean, quiet and at a great location. The staff are nice and very helpful. I will be back next time I visit Turkey.

We had a fantastic stay at The Craton Hotel in Şişli! Upon arrival, the staff kindly upgraded us from a standard room to a spacious one-bedroom suite free of charge. The suite was beautifully furnished, very clean, and extremely comfortable. The service throughout our stay was outstanding — everyone was welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail.The hotel’s location is excellent, within walking distance of major shopping malls, restaurants, and public transportation.We truly appreciated the generous upgrade and the warm hospitality we received. Thanks to all the team for making our stay so special. We highly recommend The Craton Hotel and would definitely choose it again for our next trip to Istanbul!

I had booked the smallest standard room, but at check-in I got the best surprise – the staff upgraded me for free to a spacious one-bedroom suite!
