The only good thing is location is close to shopping. Even at that the shops only sell whole sale so it doesn’t make sense to a tourist anyway.

I am sure that this hotel buys reviews because our experience at this hotel was short of a 1 star.I don’t know where all those 5stars are coming from. There is absolutely no way anyone had a 5star experience here. The people running this hotel are young and so I am sure if they aren’t paying for reviews they are getting their friends to put fake reviews on google.All the pictures you see on the reviews are old! Probably from when the hotel was renovated many years ago.After a WONDERFUL stay in Morocco, We got to Avrasya Port Hotel and realized that the double room with sea view we booked was a tiny little box and you would have to squint to even see the boats on the sea and you definitely couldn’t see the sea. There was no space for our boxes. We were shocked and quickly upgraded to the largest and most expensive room they had. King suite with sea view.The room was so dirty we couldn’t walk with bare feet . Don’t let me get started on the slippers provided by the hotel. An absolute joke.The room hasn’t been dusted for what seemed like ages. The bathroom was an absolute disaster the toilet wasn’t cleaned the floor had stains from the last guest. The sink was filthy I had to wash it myself before use.The king size bed was broken my partner and I had to sleep on half of the bed because it was so lopsided I was sliding off it. There were no duvets or blankets. The bedsheet had big giant holes in them. The pillows were stained. The Center rug extremely dirty.The elevator stopped working for an entire day and we had to use the stairs to the 9th floor every time we needed to go out or come back in. They fixed it only after many hours.The breakfast was terrible!!!! If you are an international guest, there is not a lot of options. Except you like cheese and olives then you will have food to your heart’s content.On our last day here the water was shut off.They said it was a general issue which makes no sense to me.

I stayed at Avrasya Port Hotel and it’s truly the best hotel in this neighborhood. The rooms are very clean, the staff are friendly like a family, and they made me feel comfortable even though I’m here for work. I also really appreciated having air conditioning in the rooms. Highly recommended!

The location is very close to Resturants , shops and tourist attractions

A peaceful hotel with a sea view, conveniently located for easy access to Hagia Sophia—either by foot or metro. A quiet escape in the heart of history.

Good hotel quality and price personal workers are good also breakfast is good!! And sure I come back soon to this hotel thank you 4 everything!

I liked breakfasts a lot. The location is a busy place, close to the main transport arteries of the city - exactly what I was looking for

I didn't like the quality of room service: the cleaning was done only on request at the receptionist's (I believe there should have been some hanging door card, but there wasn't any), bed linen wasn't changed during the week. I also asked for a blanket - and never saw it in my room. One of the biggest disappointments was the leaking in the sink or sewage which - again - was never repaired despite my multiple inquiries and complaints, they just put a towel as a solution ??‍♀️ The reception desk is also confusing - sometimes there is no one there and sometimes there's a crowd, and it is not obvious who's in charge at the moment

The location of the hotel, near public transport, was good.

I had booked a single room as I was traveling alone, but the room was more like the broom closet Harry Potter lived in. There were no windows, so it was not possible to get fresh air. The room had air conditioning, which was the only positive thing about the experience.During the week I was at the hotel, the room was not cleaned, but I could see that there were cleaning staff at the hotel - perhaps they had also overlooked the broom closet.I had breakfast included in my stay. I ate there one day, but the breakfast was clearly not fresh, the coffee was poor and in general it was a bad experience, which is why I ate breakfast out the rest of the days.

The hotel was nice, in a good location. And worth the money paid for it.

The single room was a bit small. The refrigerator wasn't working and the shower was extremely small.

Everything was good, nice stay

A small, cozy, conveniently located room. For our purposes, namely we were passing through Istanbul and needed an apartment for one night, it was very cool. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, we checked in earlier than the check-in time because we were very tired from the road.

There was a small refrigerator in the room and for some reason it didn't work.

The breakfast is excellent, the staff and service is great and very helpful: Fatima, Aisha, Tuna, Idris, Samit and others. They are great, thanks a lot for your being polite!

Room was neat and hot water was available there was portable ac.

Breakfast was not well prepared for guests. As of Istanbul that has long years experience and popularity, breakfast is below expectation. Even they don't receive comments. Location is so good.

i wish if they can correct immediately guests comments.your promotion is very exaggerated with the actual content of your hotel.promot your property as clear as anybody understands. Especially rooms difference.
