Best Garden Hotel

Location was great, breakfast was delicious, staff were responsive and helpful

Very noisy due to the bar in the first flloor

The location and staff were great.

Certain issues like the broken light in the bathroom that took a full day to fix, was left having to leave bathroom door open whilst using, not ideal with a family.

This hotel is centrally located, it is close to a tram stop. The rooms are clean and good size. Breakfast is very good.

Internet was difficult to connect to.

The hotel is very clean and stylish.There is a very lively and affordable cafe,and a children's park to the side of the hotel.The stuff is helpful.It is easy to reach the center of the city.

The beds are comfortable,but it seems to me that they are a little bit shorter.You get more shampoo than shower gel.

This hotel is really perfect , it is modern not an old hotel . the location is near all the transportation stations , aksaray metro station faces the hotel ( 3 min walk ) , historia mall is also 3 min walk , all the buses stations are on the same street with the hotel ( less than 5 min walk ) , yusuf pasa tramway is also 5 min walk . The staff is so friendly like a family and they talk arabic , turkish and english , we booked a double room but because we have a baby ( 1 year old ) they gave us a quad room to stay comfortable without any extra fee , room cleaning everyday , the breakfast is sooo yummy and various . The wifi is excellent . parking for the hotel and directly near it there is a park and play area for kids , And at last it’s worth every dollar you pay here

The location is very distinguished by its ease of access and availability of all the requirements of the traveler and resident.

Toilet shower towels are a bit old and need to be changed. Drinking water was not provided in the room.Other than this everything else is good

Near to the mall, 15 minutes away from Bazar

the smell of the smell smoke, couldn’t sleep at night because of the smell.

rooms are too small as my room was in first floor i could hear everything from reception sometimes worker and guest talk mid of night loudly I had to tell reception to take care about this point especially i had an OP need quite place but wasn’t for me other than that was great

It’s my second time staying in this hotel, it is so clean and comfortable to stay. It has a good location for transportation too. The breakfast was good with nice variety. The receptionists and staff were so nice and friendly especially Aya and Mohammed.

A Warm welcome from the reception staff.Aya was a very welcoming and polite girl.Showed interest in our visit to the hotel and guided us to places to visit etc.... Also everyone was very pleasant and helpful at the breakfast time

The room was a little less spacirler..They could add some extra shelves in the bathroom for toiletries...

I feel like I wasn’t welcome there ..the stuff was so nice to the local people not me and the cleaners only change the bedsheet and they don’t clean the mirrors. They don’t do the other things so bad experience.

Firstly I must commend Ehsaan for her warm hospitality from the time we set foot into the hotel as well as Muhammed for supporting us during our stay. Apart from the hotel that met all our expectations, Ehsaan made us feel extremely welcomed, went out of her way during our ensure stay. I travelled with a family of 5. Ny kids were welcomed and the caring nature of the team made them feel so at home. If I could rate the service beyond 10 , I would do so. The hotel met all our expectations, from a customer room to a decent breakfast and the best coffee I had. The facility had an amazing evening sit down area for the perfect relaxation. To the hotel management, you have great assets working at your hotel. They are promoting your brand so well that I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a comfortable stay in Istanbul. Pls pass on our gratitude to Ehsaan and Mohammed. I can’t thank them enough.

A perfectly located location near the subway and the T1 tram station that leads directly to the historic center. The services were impeccable, the furniture in the room is new and modern and the breakfast incredibly good.

everything was very good The hotel was very close to metro and tram stops. The staff fulfilled your every wish, the breakfast was varied and nice, the rooms were clean and well-kept, I will come again.

Reception staff are very cooperative, helping us 24h. Guiding you for tours plan. Response rapidly for any requests.Rooms are clean and comfortable

It’s in a great location and the staff are very helpful. The breakfast is also great. It was super easy to navigate the tram to all over the city to see the sights like the Blue Mosque etc
